Miki's POV:

"Grandpa," I started, munching on a muffin. "Don't you think your love story is a little too perfect? I mean, shouldn't something bad start happening soon? You guys were too happy."

Grandpa frowned.

"For a dumb blond you sure have your nerdy moments." Grandma said.

"Did you just call me a nerd?" I scoffed insulted.

She looked at me like I missed the punch line.

"That's insulting." I stated.

"I called you smart, didn't I?" she smiled.

That smile looked so wicked. I opened my mouth to say something but Grandpa beat me to it.

"So you want me to skip all the happy moments and go to the part where everything goes downhill?"

"It wasn't that bad." Grandma said.

Grandpa gave her a pointed look.

"Ooooh, now I'm really curious. Yes, skip to that part please." I begged.

I sounded like a thirty something year old house wife that couldn't get enough of her soap operas or whatever you call them.

I cringed and composed myself. I'm a party animal and being stuck in the snow won't change that. Did I bring my stereo and Ke$ha CD's?

Grandpa shifted in his seat, a sign that he was about to begin his story. I hugged the pillow tighter to my chest as Grandma poured herself some tea and brought the cup up to her lips.

"Everything was going perfect for Ivy and I until-"

Grandpa was interrupted when Grandma suddenly spat out her tea everywhere.

I squealed when a few drops of it landed on my leg.

"Ew." she coughed. "That tea is digusting."

I know what else is disgusting, I thought.

"Why would you drink it then?" I snapped, wiping my leg with the pillow I was using.

Whatever. It was their pillow, not mine.

"Isn't that what old ladies do?" Grandma asked confused but curiously.

I gave her a funny look as Grandpa sighed and rolled his eyes. She was only just turned 50.

"I'll clean it up." Grandma said. "Go on with your story."

We watched her leave the living room and when she did Grandpa turned to me.

"Throughout the school year we recieved a foreign exchange student and her name was Francesca. She was Canadian, beautiful, and smart. She knew this and she was trouble..."

Tyler's POV:

"Have you heard anything from your dad?" Shay asked.

Ivy frowned.

"Not really." she said, finishing the lunch I bought her.

"Good." I jumped in. "I dont want that bastard near you."

Ivy stayed quiet lost in though. Shay started drumming her fingers on the table. I quickly leaned towards Ivy and gave her a quick kiss on the lips. Why? Because I dont want Shay seeing us. She's been teasing us everytime we get all touchy touchy. At first it was funny but now she's just annoying. What a brat. I wanna shove my fist down her throat just to shut her up... I know I said I dont hit girls but have you seen Shay? She's no girl. She's like one of those lost, slobbering dog who's always around us but instead of slobber it's shit coming out of her mouth.
