Sirens

Kidnapped

Max and I were swimming home when a white van float up beside us. We started to swim faster as it got closer.

"You don't think we'll get kidnapped do you? Like we see on the news all the time?" Max asked nervously.

"Nah," I replied. "I'm sure it's just a regular van. Probably going on a delivery or something."

Then 3 HUGE mermen got out and grabbed us. We struggled as they put our arms behind our backs. We screamed and shouted but no one was around. No one could help. One of them pulled out chloroform and poured it onto two rags. Then everything went black.

"Where are we" I groaned as I sat up.
Max was already swimming around the empty room, hitting the door.

"I don't know. All I remember is being drugged and then waking up in here. I've been knocking at the door for the past five minutes."

"I'm sure someone is looking for us. I mean our families or friends would have noticed that we aren't answering our shellphones or that we haven't gone home."

The door opened and a merman swam in. "Ahhh so I see the both of you are awake. Good, good. I'm sure I'll get a hefty price for the two of you" He said and left.

"COME BACK KELP BRAIN!!! LET US OF OUT OF HERE RIGHT NOW!! DONT IGNORE ME!" Max yelled.

"STOP YELLING!! It won't help. He isn't coming back. We need to think of a plan for then next person who enters." I reasoned.

Max sat down and put her head in her hands. After an hour of thinking the only thing we came up with was to attack. But we knew it wouldn't work since the men were much larger than us.

"If only the sirens song could work on merfolk," Max sighed.

"It would solve so many problems," I laughed. "I could spell my teachers into giving me perfect grades. "

The door slammed open and we tried to attack. But there were two men this time. They each grabbed us and got out rope.

"Hold still little girl. You don't want it to hurt more than it has to do you?" One man sneered.

"OWW!" Max screeched. Her eyes started to tear up.

And that's all it took for me to see red.

Oooo I wonder what's gonna happen now? Sorry it's short but I wanted to update, just didn't have much time. I'd love it if someone could make me an awesome cover since I suck at editing. Thanks! Xoxo Ana
