It was midnight when i finally reached my target. I thought about contacting Maximus but decided against it as we were both scouting out high security places. My target was a huge plantation that was used as the main food source for the Raknash. The place was not heavily  guarded which was surprising because of how much of the food for the Raknash people was produced here. Finally  I decided that if i really wanted to i could burn the entire place to the ground. Which was the plan once me and Maximus came back. I scouted more of the plantation and all that i saw was normal farms that were manned by hundreds of Raknash workers. They weren't warriors but they would still fight if they needed to.

I need to dwindle down their numbers to a manageable level so Maximus and I could do what was needed and get out alive. I scanned the area and terrain that was mostly marsh and tall grass. I slipped into the tall grass and slowly made my way toward the main building which was a huge barn in the middle of the farms. I slipped in unnoticed and began to poke around. The barn was full of livestock, cows, pigs, sheep, and goats all were stolen from Backrendor. The animals must have been to them spoils of war.

All the animals were nice and fat and were very accustomed to Humans which worked in my favor. I sneaked around finding nothing but fresh dry hay and empty barrels. I climbed into the loft and searched around some more and that is when i struck the jackpot. Barrels upon barrels of lantern oil were piled up in the loft and it didn't take long for my mind to start scheming. I quickly walked over and examined the oak wood barrels that held the oil inside. They were old but still in good condition, if i wanted to make this look like an act of just peer Raknash carelessness i would have to find a barrel that was damages and puncture it and quickly light it and leave.

It took my five minutes so search through the barrels and find a suitable one to sabotage. i drew one of my daggers and stabbed it into the barrel. When i pulled it out oil started flowing out of the hole and i couldn't help but smile to myself as i let it go and walked a few feet away and looked around for something to help light the fire i was about to start. I quickly surveyed and found a lantern perched on a neat haystack a few yards away. I walked over and opened the lid slightly and then pushed it off. It landed and shattered letting the fire freely consume the hay that was all over the loft and coincidentally was next to the free flowing oil that was coming out of the punctured barrel. I quickly decided to take my leave and slid back out unnoticed. Once i got back to the tree line a loud and thunderous "Boom" sounded. I turned around just in time to see the barn erupt into a giant ball of orange flames. Farm workers and Raknash soldiers swarmed the burning building trying to figure out a way to put out the inferno that now engulfed their food and was quickly spreading to the nearby fields that were placed almost right up against the barn.

Intrigued, I sat and watched the scurrying bodies down below work tirelessly to save their food supply. I couldn't help but smile to myself as another regiment of Raknash  soldiers flooded into the area to assist. It only took me seconds to identify that i had an opportunity, the regiment consisted of mostly veteran and seasoned soldiers. About forty men were present and i was in the perfect position to wreck havoc upon the defenseless Raknash. Slowly the smile faded, i knew what i had to do. It would benefit Maximus and I. Legend or not, we needed all the help we could get. I held out my hand and touched a few patterns on my gauntlet and a bow materialized into my hands. I drew back the string and a energy arrow that flickered with purple electricity materialized. I sighted in my targets, just before letting go I uttered these words "Seek all, Destroy all". With that i let the arrow fly, it shot at the enemies and half way to the first target it multiplied into thousands of arrows and all headed into different directions. Suddenly the screams of barking orders became the screams of pain and suffering as the arrows found their marks.

Officers couldn't escape from the raining death. It took only seconds and afterwards the only thing left was a massive fire and hundreds of dead bodies. I opened my hands and the bow dissipated, It was time to go. Swiftly i melted into the shadows of the night, leaving no one alive and nothing spared. No one knew i had the bow, i was known as only having explosives. This was mine and the assassin corps secret. It had been an experimental weapon, and it worked perfectly. So perfectly that i couldn't give it back when they requested for it. So we worked out a deal, as long as i did my job to the best of my ability and undertook any mission no matter how suicidal i could keep this weapon. Obviously i agreed, but this was the only time i had ever used it and i hope to god that it would be the last time i used it. This was a very deadly weapon and in the wrong hands it could indefinitely turn the tide of the war to anyone side. So all in all it was best that this weapon remain a myth, which is exactly what it was and shall remain until the day i die.

The trees whipped by as a made my trek back to our base. I couldn't help but let my mind wander, i hope Max's mission went well. I hope he's okay, and i wonder what our next target will be after this. All these things whipped through my mind creating a whirlwind of doubt and curiosity. I knew one thing for sure though. This war was about to get serious and bloody real fast.
