Chapter 14: Pack Doctor

Finally getting hold of the female pack doctor, we both made our way to Jayson.

Jayson was quite still when we both entered.

Tori was starting to growl and pace around in my head, stop.

She does, not before hinting to me she was Jealous. Why?

Tori: The pack doctor is a female and is able to see OUR mate PROPERLY, he's not HERS.

Oh! That thought did seep jealousy into me.

I let out a low threatening growl, towards the strongest scent of the pack doctor, Laura West.

"Don't feel threatened of me, I'm already in a relationship "

Sniffing out her scent much closer, it did smell of another really feminine soft scent with her original vanilla scent. The guy must be very feminine!

"Of course, I knew. I'm an Alpha I will still feel threatened even if your mated."

"Sure, Alpha Carly" She drag's my name and brushes past me flicking her hair in my face.

I let out a low growl, what was she up to?

I can her shuffle and asked Jayson questions on how bad the heat felt etc

Laura prods at Jayson who lets out a low moan.

I move closer to both and was about to move Laura. She was touching what's mine and wasn't mated.

"Alpha, don't fret. I'm not even into guys...I'm a lesbian."
Laura had used such a tone of embarrassment and shyness.

My body half relaxes and digests the sentence.

"Oh...I.."

"Its fine." she uses a quite tone.

I step back and let her do the job she was clearly qualified for.

After a few awkward minutes with the very friendly doctor.

She quickly very instructively told us a few ways to get rid of the heat, which would happen very so often until the couple mate and a child is impregnate into the female.

"Okay, now as I had said the many ways to get rid of the heat is by either staying close to each other, skin touching skin, bite into the neck- which shouldn't be done by an Alpha into it's mate because it should be done when the two bodies are connected, then the bite is made- and lastly, you can mate which is the most likely and best solution."

My skin flushed of the thought of mating. But, the heat was gone as soon as I had remembered the silence of Jayson as I had told him my secret.

"Oh! Yes, Alpha Female, I don't know if you know this but an Alpha is much more aggressive, much more territorial, and will most likely want to mate. So you must be very decisive and careful. "

"I think my wolf, Tori had told me a few tips about what would happen. I had experienced the urge to mate."

I kept a straight emotionless face although, inside I felt like another ball of fire was lit inside me just because of the mere thought of touching my mate.

"Well, that's good. If you need anything else, just holler for me and I'll be there. Even if I'm not available for tips on mates and heat and so on your wolf would already be destined with all the information."

Gathering all of her remaining stuff and shuffling she zips up her bag.

"See you around, Alpha."
She let out a girly giggle.

I thank and nod into her direction and she retreats back to her office.

I walk over towards my mate, sniffing his most wonderful smell.

"Car..Carly," he coarsely whispers

I sit down beside him and turn my head towards the heat of his body.

"Yeah?" my voice withers, for the first time.

"I.. I didn't mean to stay silent when you to.. told me you were... blind. I swear! I... froze and I wanted to..sa..y that I'm alright with the fact that your blind. I...you.. we-"

I cut him,

"I forgive you, Jayson. I'm not going to lie it did hurt but I should of realised that maybe you were trying to digest the fact that I was blind."

"Thank you.."

We both sit in silence, somehow we both ended up on the floor. Me on top of Jayson- head on his chest and his arm draped around me- we both lay beside each other with just the calm sound of our levelled breathing and the comfort of each others skin contact.
