Chapter 4: phone call
I was sitting in my office, when my office phone rings.
"Alpha Carly Johnson," I stated.
"Alpha Johnson, the neighboring pack, have been told that they are soon to be going into war with a few pack rouges that have joined together. They have requested your help with extra warriors and help with training members to fight" said my assistant and beta's mother, Carrie.
"Alright, tell the Alpha we will be there tomorrow. Inform the warriors for tomorrow. Get my bag packed and ready, thank you.", with that I put the phone down.
Rubbing my eyes, I realise I hadn't slept for two days. Having a massive pack, is hard work. But I'm used to it and there my only family left and I'd anything for pack members.
Getting up from my desk, I lock my office and headed straight towards my bedroom. Falling onto my bed, I fall asleep within minutes.

Didn't realise it was the next day, I get up from my bed and head for the bathroom to get ready for my day.
After getting out of the bathroom in just a towel, I head to my walk-in closet.
I get out a pair of undergarments and put them on, grabbing a pair of what I believe was skinny jeans and a tank top I put them both on and grab a pair of ankle boots.
Going over to the dressing table, I just grab a brush and place my blonde hair into a ponytail.
Grabbing a leather jacket on the way out and my black sunglasses which was I specifically ordered, I head all the way down using a lift that is also installed in the mansion.
Finding my way to the dinning table, I sniff out my empty seat.
Everyone goes quite as I enter the room and murmur 'morning Alpha'.
"Morning fellow pack members, I assume you all went to the training session. I'm sorry for not attending but I'm sure the session went well" I nod without smiling, my voice lifeless yet, demanding.
"It went well, Alpha Johnson" states my third in command, Konan Bailey.
I nod in his direction, which was to my right.
Heading towards my seat which is always the same, the head of the table, I take a seat and food was placed in front of me.
Knowing beta Jace was sitting to my left and Third in command to my right, I turn towards him.
"Beta Jace, you will be in charge until I'm back."
"Of course, Alpha"
"Gamma Konan, you will be attending with me to the neighboring pack, I assume the best warriors are informed?"
"Yes Alpha, Carrie informed the warriors. I will mind link them once your ready to leave. Carrie also, said she left your bag near the front door. "
"Very well, we will leave after we have food in our systems,"
While that was said, everyone once again began to talk and eat.
