"You didn't.. Please tell me you didn't." The girl with the strawberry red hair said as she was wielding a large knife. Her forehead was bleeding and her hair was strung all over the place, sticking to the open wound and her arms were covered with her tattoos and bruises going all over the place. Her shirt was ripped near the stomach area but her chest was still covered by the black cloth.
"Yep." I said as i started to pant and shot my small pistol at four of the guys who were advancing at us quickly. My heart was racing and my vision was starting to get blurry. My dark hair was flopping over my forehead in sloppy curls and my arms were starting to give out on me.
"Does that mean..?" She asked and I shot two more bullets into one of the guys who started to get a little too close for comfort. I dropped out the empty mag and slide a new one in, cocking my gun and shooting a guy that got a little too close to Hannah, he fell while his knife was in his hand. It fell down and landed in Hannah's leg. She screamed out then started thrashing her knife as if it were a baseball bat just going back and forth, back and forth. She was slashing throats, bleeding chests and cutting arms open.
"Quite probably!" I yell as i smash the back of my gun into a guys head and look around seeing that there is a ladder above Hannah's head. "Han!" I yelled and she looked at me with wild eyes before slashing her knife and hitting one guy in the skull. She looked up at the ladder then nodded. I ran to her side and helped her up onto it, she tossed her knife up and it landed on top of the roof where she started climbing. She was shorter than me so i just jumped up and bent my arm back shooting three people in the head quickly. I looked up at the roof and saw Hannah there, her hair was waving in the gently breeze. I stared at her and she held her hand down to me. I wrapped my hand around her wrist and she wrapped hers around mine pulling me up to the roof. I can start a new life now. Daylen Jones. New life, new town, new family. I got onto the roof and looked at Hannah, she started to wipe the blood off from where it was running down her forehead and i nodded at her. We started running from roof to roof before we stopped some what far away from the place where all the bodies were and i nodded at her. She nodded back. We could finally start over after all of this. After our parents getting killed, all the murders that had happened. After going through so much bullshit we could finally get away. That was until she fell on the ground, her head was bleeding more and more than what should be humanly possible. She fell down on the ground with a small pool of blood under her head, her hair was getting to be a darker red and it made me cringe from how terrible it looked. I stared down at my gun that was in my hand and i decided to put it to her temple. I couldn't watch her suffer anymore, it was just too much for me. I let the trigger go and i started to run as people started screaming all around me. My feet were sore and my lungs were burning. The only time that i stopped was when my knee felt like it was smashed and i needed to stop. After a few minutes of just stopping and panting, my heart began to hurt. I couldn't take it, it was like someone had smashed it with a hammer. Everything started to get to me, what i did and what i had done over the years. All i wanted was to get away and get a fresh start. Isn't that just peachy?
