Tay's P.O.V.

"So what's the plan?" I said as I shoved my hands into my pockets.

"No plan, you wing it" she said. I looked at her confused.

"That will never work" I said.

"It's not supposed to work it's supposed to be heartfelt and honest" she said.

"Whatever I say, she won't listen" I said.

"Get her to want to listen" she said.

"This is impossible!" I shouted and stopped walking. Hayley stopped and turned to me.

"Nothing is impossible Tay, you know that" Hayley said softly. I rolled my eyes and we continued walking. It was cold outside, but we kept walking down a few familiar roads.

"She told me to stay away from her" I said.

"She'll be counting on you showing up" Hayley said. She stopped and sat down on a bench and I stood there staring at her.

"You don't know that" I said.

"If you don't believe me, ask her" Hayley looked behind me and across the street. I turned and looked. It was Vic's house. I could see Jenna laughing at something she was seeing through the window. She looked happy. I turned back to Hayley.

"She's better off without me" I said. Hayley shook her head.

"You're the only one that thinks that" Hayley said. I sighed and looked back at the house. Before I knew it I had walked across the street and up the driveway towards the front door. I hesitated for a bit and turned around. Hayley was gone. I turned again back to the door and knocked three times. I could hear footsteps and the door opened. Vic looked surprised at first. Then confused. Then angry. Then sad. Then he sighed and opened the door more indicating for me to come in.

"Hope you'll make it better" he said under his breath. "go get your girl" he said as he closed the door. I walked to the living room to see Jenna focused on what was on the tv.

"Who was it Vic?" She yelled. I sat next to her.

"Someone who really misses you" I said. She turned and saw me.

"Tay?" She said.

"I'm sorry" I said. She slapped me hard on the face.

"Why are you here?" She said as she crossed her arms.

"I'm here to apologize. What I did wasn't fair to you or to Hayley. Especially you. I played with your feelings and it wasn't okay. I hope you can forgive me and maybe eventually we can actually give us another try. I get that you don't want that right now and I'm willing to give you space, but I really miss you and the way things are now... It's killing me" I said. My eyes were starting to water. Her facial expression softened and she let out a huff of air.

"I really do love you Tay" she said.
