Tokyo Ghoul Kaneki x Reader

Chapter 6

Kaneki POV

"What in names was that!" shouts Y/N, as she slams the door shut. We are back in their apartment, and I could just tell that (Y/N) was waiting to shout. "We were almost killed! by that thing!" she shouts throwing her arms around. "Oh my gosh was that thing the thing we stole the blueprints of?!" Y/N gasps as she yanks the blueprints from Shin's hands, "oh my GOSH..IT WAS!" she gasps as she unwinds the blue print and shows me the details of the CCG suits. "Oh my goodness Oh my goodness we were almost killed by giant things!!!!!" Y/N shouts, "are you okay?" I ask quietly. "Sure I'M FANTASTIIIIC" Y/N shouts sarcastically "are you freaking out then?" I ask, "Noooooo of course not...its no big deal we were just about become mush!" she shouts standing a foot away from me. "Did you know they created the suits already?!" she demands. I stare blankly at her, for the info she wanted was.. well.. classified. "No don't tell me. We where in and out." she turns away from me.  "Get. Out. Of. Here" she growls throwing the blue prints into my arms. "Leave." she orders. "Thank you for the help" I thank her. I hear her clench her fists. "Go. Now" I look her in the eyes, her eyes turning into their black and red orbs. "Leave" she says with her eyes glaring. Kaneki bows and leaves.

YOUR pov

You watch him leave. "Finally" you mutter, you let your eyes go back to normal. "I think you scared him" Shin squeaks. "That albino knows those officers would come" you growl. Your cell began going off, you look at the screen, "Oh for crying out loud." You mumble. "Hello?" you answer, "HIIIII Y/NNNN" Eto squeals on the other end. "Look we did the job, we're leaving now-" you were about to hang-up when Eto caught your attention. "Not done yet" you glance at the floor. "Huh?" "well you see...turns out there is another set of prints...annnnd well I need you and your team to pick it up, they are very important for ghoul survival" "you mean steal." "well you stole this one" "well I didn't know CCG would be there!" you growl.  "Well you remember the original deal, well that plays into this, soooo SAME deal! new targets" "I swear Eto.." You sigh rubbing your face. "Fine" you say quickly and hang up. "No going home?" asks Yun, "No, no going home" you mutter as you collapse into the arm chair.

A few days have passed, and everyone was pretty bummed about not being able to go home. Yun and Shin kept making a big deal out of it every time they heard the word "home or place". And Satoko, well he was Satoko. You haven't heard from Kaneki. But why would you? you shouted at him.

You were laying on the couch, when you hear the buzzing noise of your cell. You glance at the screen. "Hello?" you mumble, as you sit up. "Heeeey (Y/N)" Eto purrs through the cell. "What do you want?" you grumble, letting your legs hang off the couch. "I need you to come to Aogiri, for the briefing" she says. "No." you reply flatly, "But you must! surely you remember where Aogiri is!" you brush your (h/c) back, "I do, but I'm not going" you state, and lay back down again.

1 HOUR LATER..

There you were, standing in front of Aogiri's doors. You ended up coming after all. You left everyone behind, not wanting them to get dragged any further, plus you didn't want anyone to see whatever transpired inside. You took a deep breath then went inside.

Aogiri has moved to several places throughout the years. You haven't stayed in touch with Aogiri since forever. Eto didn't tell you where to meet but you kind of knew that she probably hiding in some secretive looking room, but instead of searching for her you decided to search for a ghoul to tell you where the room was. You traveled the halls for a straight 5 minutes and still haven't seen any sign of a ghoul. "Man is everyone out on patrol's or something?" you mutter to your self when you see someone ahead. "Finally! Hey!! person! you!" you shout running up to the ghoul, the ghoul turns around tipping their head to the side as if confused. "Hey! Hi sorry to bother you, but I'm lost can you help me out?" you ask. The ghoul just stares at you. "Yeah your (Y/N) (L/N) right?" the male ghoul asks, you nod. "Go down the way you came, go right, then right, then you'll see a stair case, go up them then right, you can't miss the room, it has thick wood doors." the ghoul gives you directions then leaves. "Thanks!" you shout after him.

So another like..10 minutes pass till you get to the location...When you open the wooden door, you see Eto and two others by her. "Hiiii (Y/N)" Eto says waving. You smile and shut the door. "Why am I here?" you ask getting to the point. "Yes, yes the briefing" Eto says like she forgot all about it. "Dr. Ling! one of the head team leaders on the CCG suits. Our resources say Dr. Ling is going to be at the Takagowa Docks in a week. Perfect time to snag the doc and get more information." Eto explains. "Why not just kill the doctor?" you ask, "well info is power" Eto replies curtly "sometimes to much info can be your own demise" you retort. "Look.. your team is going to grab Dr. Ling. and you're going to bring him here." Eto smiles evilly. You click your tongue in annoyance. "Oh and you'll have to do it without Aogiri" Eto purrs. "What?" you gasps. "Your team is more then capable to handle this" Eto replies. "Are you trying to get us killed?!" "killed? no no no!" Eto laughs. "I'm just giving you orders" she smiles as she twirls on the table. "This is absurd! its one thing to get blue prints but a kidnapping?!" you clench your fists"You better hope none of my team dies" you threaten. "Now, now darling, did I ever teach you to threaten?" a soothing voice asks from the darkness, you freeze. You hoped so much she wasn't at this hideout, but it turns out she's been watching. "Mother?" you gasp turning your head to the darkness. A woman steps out of the shadows. "Goodness (Y/N) I thought I raised you better then that" she states. The woman's hair was a lighter shade then yours. Her hair was up with some laying in the back. Her eyes the exact color as yours, but colder. "Hello..mother" you whisper.

Your stare at your mother coldly. "Now is it nice to stare at your mother like that?" she asks, looking sad. "Your no mother of mine" you growl. "I'm hurt!" she says with no sympathy in her voice. Then you notice him as well. Kaneki was behind her, "Kan-when did you get here?!" you demand. Kaneki looked away averting your eyes. "I'm sad that you talk to me so coldly sweety" "Stop it." you growl. Your mother stops speaking then walks over to Eto. "Eto"  your mother bows her head. You whip around, facing the door. You could sense Kaneki watching you. You glance over, seeing him stare at you with wide eyes. Why are you so shocked? you shout in her mind at him. "Are we done?" you ask. "Yes" Eto said. You quickly left. You stomp down the hallway towards the stairs.

Flashback

"Mom!!!" Younger you shouts, "Honey you can have my love after you go through the procedure" Your mother says sweetly. "But mom I don't want to hurt anymore" younger you begins to cry. "Don't you want to be loved? this is how everyone earns it! by doing what their parents say" she says sweetly. "Okay..Mamma" little you whimpers, then tries to dry the tears off. "Good girl!"

Flashback over

How dare she come in the room acting like there was nothing wrong! You storm down the stairs when you realize someone was following you, you turn to see Kaneki. "Kaneki?" you mutter, you come to a stop. "Are you okay?" he asks. "Yeah I'm fine" you lie then begin to walk off again. "You know you should have more respect for you're mother (Y/N)" you froze, at what Kaneki had just said. "Kaneki. If you lived a life with that woman, you would hate her too" you growl then continued walking.
