December 23rd, 2007
It was midnight when I got the call. I was awake as usual. I don't go to bed as early as I should. But oh well. Anyway, it was an urgent call from Dr. Roberto. He was yelling and screaming and seemed worried, excited, scared, and hyper all at the same time. I told him to calm down because I couldn't make out any of his words. Then he finally could be heard.
"Two of the gateways have opened up. We need you now!" Dr. Roberto explained quickly.
"WHAT!?" I blurted out. "What's happening?"
"Nothing notable as of yet. My team and I have been studying them. We don't want to go into them yet though." Dr. Roberto replied sounding like he knew everything.
"Well, it's midnight! I'm trying to get some sleep here!" I said even though it was a lie. I just didn't feel like going.
"Too bad! We need you down here pronto!" Dr. Roberto replied right away.
I gave away a heavy sigh. And then hung up, got dressed, and headed out.
December 24th
I was in my jeep driving to where Dr. Roberto told me the gateways were. I checked my watch, seeing it was 1:26. Happy Christmas Eve... Too bad I had no close family to celebrate it with, but now I had a more important thing to worry about. I saw the fenced area, and Dr. Roberto was waiting for me.
"Welcome Epic." He said once I got close enough.
He opened the gates and I drove through parking my jeep in the gravel to the side.
"Hello Dr. Roberto," I replied.
"I want orders from you." Dr. Roberto just said straight out.
"What? I don't like to give orders, you know.. I'm here to guide everyone." I said.
"Well, I want to know what to do with the portals!" Dr. Roberto exclaimed like I was deaf.
"Um... How would I know what to do..?" I mumbled.
"Fine, I'll let you get a look at the portals yourself." Dr. Roberto said, annoyed.
"Fine then." I snapped back. We never got along to the best of our ability, and it was past midnight.
We rode a golf cart up to the portals. We got up there and I saw 10 gateways. They were pretty cool. They looked like the Stonehenge. I looked over to see the two open portals. They were the first two portals going from left to right... I looked at Dr. Roberto and in the corner of my eye, I see a letter come out of the first portal. I ran over there to get it.
"What are you doing!?" Dr. Roberto yelled at me.
"Picking up a letter." I replied.
He came over and we read the letter.
'To the RP's,
You guys are strong. You were chosen to find these portals. I'm inside them and know how to use them. I am the greater evil that you will meet. I have a team just like you guys and we're ready to stop you. We're here to stop the world. I hope you come after me, and I get to see how great the RP's really are.

This was marking the start of the RP's next mission. Our next adventure. And we're going to stop this bigger threat!
