Decades Into the Future

January 25th, 2008

"Oh my god! Look at that!" Henry pointed out and everyone was oohing and aahing.

I turned around to see Jack. He had fallen into the portal with me. He immediately got up and looked at the portal closing.

"Noo!" He yelled and he tried going back through.

The portal was just too small. He fell back onto the ground and started typing commands into a watch-like thing on his wrist.

I ran over to the group and said we should run off. We started taking off to wherever we could find safe. We found a park and we sat down. Realizing how we didn't fit in at all, we looked around and didn't know what to do.

"Well.. we always find something to help and do." Victor said awkwardly.

"I think we should fix out wardrobe issues first." Jennifer said.

We all went to the nearest clothing shop, getting many looks from the locals. We all got new futuristic clothing and walked back out.

"Finally. Looking fabulous in the future." Jenny said.

"We all look fabulous don't we." Tony said.

Henry moved over and half-hugged Jenny and gave Tony a look.

"Well then.." I slowly said.

A big explosion was heard in the distance, and many screams soon sounded.

Epic and the rest of the RP's started running toward the noise. They ran around a corner to see a bunch of buildings destroyed.

"Do you hear that?" Henry asked outloud.

Everyone listened. We heard Jack's laugh.

We ran around the mess to find Jack with his watch, typing in commands and launching explosives.

"What are you doing Jack?" Dr. Roberto asked him.

"I'm exploding this place. I will make the danger. I will make sure it comes true!" Jack said as he ran off.

"He's crazy!" Jenny exclaimed.

"I know. We have to stop him..." I said.

We ran toward where we went as we looked around.

"Jenny!" Henry yelled.

He ran and jumped at Jenny and pushed her away as an explosive went off near them. Jenny smiled at Henry as he smiled back.

"Be careful of any explosives, guys." I warned.

"Should the future be advanced enough to just arrest Jack or something?" Katherine asked.

Jenny's sister was a curious one.

"I don't know." Jenny's mom said.

We slowly scavenged on, looking for Jack. All of a sudden, a portal opened beneath Jenny's mom and Katherine. And Xavier, the mexican's little brother, fell in along with them.

"No!" Jenny yelled.

"Xavier!" Tony exclaimed.

"That could have been Jack's portal, Epic!" Jenny yelled at me.

"We have no choice. We have to keep going before the explosives go off." I said.

As if on cue, when I said that, a bunch of explosives went off near us. Nathan and Tony got knocked down. And blocks buried Victor.

"Victor!" I yelled as I ran over and started moving blocks.

Everyone started helping and we got him out.
