Chapter Thirty One

*Chris POV*

“I can’t believe Mijo stupid ass” said Chay changing out of her club wear and her sleep clothes. That’s all she been talking about since he left the damn club.

“Chay can we please talk about this in the morning because I have headache” I said rubbing my temples.

“Well if you didn’t turn all the fuck up we wouldn’t be having that problem, would we”

“What you say” I said looking like she was crazy and then she started to rub her temples.

“I’m sorry baby it’s just that I’m getting all worked up on this situation and-”

“You ain’t got to blow up on me that’s all I have to say and plus why are you worried about it because I’m not”

“Because that is my friend”

“Okay and so is Mijo but I don’t feel the need to get my ass in the middle of their shit. What’s going on between them don’t got shit to do with us. So you get your ass in this bed and lay with me so I can sleep!” I said and Chay was hesistant at first but she climbed into bed with me and snuggled up against my side “Thank you”

“Don’t think you going to get away with talking to me like that because I got something for your ass but you better be glad I’m sleepy”

“Yeah, yeah. Goodnight ugly butt”

“Goodnight freckles” she said pecked my lips and put her head on my chest as my eyes got low till all I saw was darkness.

I woke up the next morning to a empty bed. That didn’t seat well with me because Chay would usually tell me when she leaves or I would feel her get out the bed. I got up out of my bed and looking in all the rooms upstairs and downstairs, then I finally saw her outside on the grass. I called out her name and she looked back only to reveal that she had on her glasses and her hair in tight messy bun. I looked her outfit and she only had my button down shirt and some underwear.

“Chay get your ass back in the house before my neighbors-”

“No I’m busy”

“Your half naked!”

“Nobody is stunting me Chris just chill” she said smirking at me. I walked up behind and she looked up at me with them gentle eyes. “Don’t look at me like that”

“I’m not doing anything Chris”

“Yes you are you giving me that look that makes me..Shit you did again”

“Did what?” she said smiling up at me.

“Made me forget everything and let you do whatever you want” I said getting down on the ground and I tried to pull her into me but she pulled away from me. “What I do now?”

“You know what you did Chris?” she said going back to her notebook it looked like she was writing something down.

“No I don’t so why don’t you tell me, so I can make it better”

“You need to talk to Mijo”

“He is a grown ass man Chay. I don’t have nothing to do with that drama him and Haze are going through.”

“Think it about it if it was me and you. You would want him to come talk to you if you were just self destructing”

“I wouldn’t care to tell you the truth”

“Okay you say that”

“No I mean that.”

“Ummhmm” she said pushing her glasses back up her nose. Then I tried pull over to where I was only to get pushed back.
