Selena stumbled out of bed, still feeling groggy, and made her way to the kitchen to prepare breakfast for herself and Eugenia. She turned on the stove and began cooking, lost in thought about her infidelity and the intimacy between Courtney and Eugenia.

She shook her head to clear her mind. She let out a sigh of relief as she turned off the stove and placed the food on two plates.

Walking towards their bedroom, Selena leaned against the doorway and smiled at the sight of her wife's chest rising and falling. She admired the outline of Eugenia's brown eyes and wished she could kiss her lips all day, every day.

Selena crawled onto the bed and rested her head on Eugenia's chest, feeling a small smile spread across her face as she was pulled close. She pressed a kiss on Eugenia's neck, causing her to giggle.

Sitting up, Selena traced Eugenia's stomach with a sad smile on her lips. She couldn't believe how happy Eugenia looked despite everything that had happened and wished things had turned out differently and ran a hand through her hair.

With closed eyes, she transported herself back to that painful moment, reliving the hurt expression etched on her face when she discovered her affair. Regret flooded her heart, and she yearned to rewind time and rewrite her actions.

As tears welled up in her eyes, she hastily brushed them away, unable to escape the weight of self-blame for driving herself into the arms of another. She refused to acknowledge the role she played in their crumbling relationship.

With a heavy heart, she rose from the bed and made her way towards the door, each step filled with a mix of sorrow and longing. Selena couldn't resist stealing one last glance at Eugenia, peacefully asleep, as if it were the first time she had ever laid eyes on her.

A bittersweet smile graced her lips as she gazed at a photograph captured by her beloved wife. It depicted her lost in thought, staring out at the breathtaking view from their honeymoon hotel balcony.

-Flashback-

Selena gazed out at the stunning view from the balcony, a smile playing on her lips. She lifted her glass of champagne, taking a sip and pushing a strand of hair away from her face.

Suddenly, she heard footsteps and turned around to see Eugenia holding her camera, looking at the screen. She smiled softly.

"Babe," Selena said.

"Yeah, gorgeous?" Eugenia said.

"Did you take a picture of me?" Selena  asked.

"You look so beautiful," Eugenia replied.

Selena smiled and placed her glass on the table. She stood in front of her wife, wrapping her arms around her neck and kissing her passionately.

As they pulled away, Selena took the camera from Eugenia. She playfully rolled her eyes as she looked at the picture she had taken.
