Yes, America is known for his freedom. However, with freedom he still has quite a few scars.
His 2p, Allen, has always been there. School shootings, shootings in general, car accidents, etc. etc..
America has tried to stop this as much as he can. But he can't since him and his 2p are both even.
So there is a balance of good and evil.
