Partly cannon partly fact
America got HetaLoid from England originally and because Americans started listening to it.
So he thought that the HERO should take part in this.
He based of NARAKA with his toy soldiers that England gave him when he was young. Generally because he felt rejected when England is mostly paired up with France at meetings.
He also made his song called USA to sing about how daring and bold he was.
He made a cover of StargazeR because he thought it fit his well hero image.
And he also made Child Record and Justice Breaker about child labor that is going on around the world, and some in his country and thinks they deserve justice.
America is really caring when it comes to his country so he expresses it through song. Even caring about other countries since he's the hero. For example, England or Japan.
He also has a duet with Canada called brother complex.
