Hungary had once pulled on Austria's curl accidentally in front of Chibitalia. Austria turned into "You-Know-What" and Holy Roman Empire had to stand there and cover Chibitalia's eyes. He had to watch it happen himself. Hungary ended up smacking Austria with her frying pan. In her defense, she said, "I was knocking some sense into him!"
