June 17, 3021D'mob's Palace"I've looked through the memory that was locked in my crystal and didn't want to believe it but unfortunately everything I've researched since my fight with the boy Dante has proven to be true I am the twin brother of Dante Archille my father was killed in cold blood by my uncle D'mob the great crime lord. I have to leave as he'll soon come to terminate me I have no other reason to stay here now that I know the truth". End of Transmission.I packed my things at the close of my last entry in the laptop and began my journey to leave the palace and the city. Now that I'm leaving D'mob will surely have guards waiting for me, no matter where I go I'll have to be quick and sneaky. I went down a few corridors and went through a few rooms avoiding guards as best as I could. They just seemed to be everywhere.I barely made it to the front door when a group of five guards attacked me from behind, I pulled out my guns and started shooting, they shoot back with these updated particle cannons. These updated ones can switch between laser rounds and energy bolt rounds. The two on the left were using bolt rounds the other three were using laser rounds. I pulled out of the main hall where they were shooting at me. I pulled out an EMP grenade and threw it into the hall; they tried to back away but it went off almost instantly. I pulled out my SMG Matilda and turned into the hall opening fire and cutting them down before they could run.I searched them for anything useful I only found four clips of 9mm ammo and something like twenty dollars from each coming up to a total of $71.96 dollars I could use this later. But first I needed to make it to my personal hidden stash of money on the other side of the city. I opened the front door and barely got out when I ran into Shadow Knight the black armor bound warrior of D'mob. He stood there with his great sword in hand, his eyes barely visible, he raised his sword pointing at me, and took a high stance fighting position I looked at him and pull out my twin long swords.I charged at him using my jump boost shoes, I launched myself over him and came crashing down on him, but he pulled his sword to block me, my blades barely pierced the sword as I scratched down and flipped off. I rushed him again, he swing his sword down on me I dodged in good time and rushed him again thinking I had more time, but he smashed the flat edge of the blade into my face sending me into a wall. I got up bruised but not bad enough I spit out a glob of blood and with a new found rage in my heart I gritted my teeth and jumped at him once more. This time I rammed him into a wall and using the gauntlets I had on I punched a hole in his armor and ripped off the helmet.The thing I never should've done as his face was deformed half bone on the right side and skin torn up on the other his hair was like a modern version of Einstein with most of it gone. The eyes were mechanical and colored like those of a demon. He grinned and blasted me off him with a gravity repulse disruptor GRD for short as I landed on the floor holding his helmet. I threw it to the side and pulled out my swords again. He looks at me with this twisted evil smile that sent shivers down my spine. I reached out for my gun dropping the sword on my right hand and pulled the trigger, but he dodged the bullet something I didn't expect with such a heavy armor.He was obviously super enhanced with some sort of a drug I was beginning to get tired and my head started spinning. I looked at him and readied myself to react he came at me and in a moment of clear thought I flipped back out of the way of his attack. I retaliated with a quick slash of my long sword and pulled out my great sword that was tied to my wrist. I threw the blade at him and nailed the shoulder that was still connected. The armor shattered slightly as the blade recoiled back to my hand but he came at me as well.When he reached me he had a wrist blade pulled out and got me in the rib cage. I looked at him with pain in my eyes, I pulled his hand out of my body, shoved my gun under his chin and pulled the trigger three times emptying the clip. As I put in a new clip, he dropped to the floor and I grabbed his sword, knowing him it was most likely than not laced with cobra venom so I decided to take it I could probably use it later down the road.I walked out the front gates and felt an awkward yet comforting presence behind me. As I looked, I saw her once more the girl I fell in love with Jennifer the one who served as my maid and closest friend, she was the only one I trusted and I knew she hated to be here in the palace where she was treated poorly.I went back in and she ran up to me and landed in my arms embracing her I asked her to come with me. She looked up into my eyes and said "yes", I grabbed her hand and we started running away. I went down a few streets and stopped at a small storage building where I pulled out my holocell and connected it with the security system of the building. I punched in a few numbers and hit the enter button, the doors unlocked. As I pressed another key the gate opened and inside was my hover cycle and a duffel bag filled with gear. A second bag on the wall was empty so I pulled out my long sword and rifle and threw them in plus shadow knight's great sword. I look at my beloved and threw the bags into the small attached hover trunk on the back; we got on the bike and drove off. We drove down to the other side of the city and I noticed a few B.E.F.S (Biker Elite Force Squadron) coming at us. I knew if we got hit with one of the arc chain shots they used we would be screwed; so I spun the bike around pulling out my twin pistols and let them have it.The first bike was lucky to avoid the bullets as they went off a ramp, the second one got hit around the front area blowing the front piece off, and the third got the driver nailed twice in the head I got extremely lucky with that shot. I spun around again and put the bike to full speed we were left with four more of them behind us. I pushed the bike to its limits and was running past people like crazy I knew I had only a few seconds to pull off the stunt I was about to do.I was in an area with two ramps around a huge hole that was being fixed to get the sewage pipes up and running again. I pulled into the ramp sending me off into the air and I spun the bike around shooting six more times and emptying my clip into two more of these clowns. The other two got stopped by the wreckage of the first two bikes one of which took down the ramp as we barely made it to the other side and I nearly lost the trunk. We went on down to my personal bank that I had built were D'mob kept my cash and his but were I had also made a secret account with about two million dollars in it. I withdrew the entire account then checked the other one but it was locked down.I went into the back room and tampered with the security system and walked into the vault, the alarm would have gone off but for some reason it didn't, as the door opened I noticed inside there was a group of soldiers waiting for me. I didn't move but I knew very well who the group leader was.She walked up to me with a sarcastic smile as if I fell into an endless trap. "Ritz you scum bag" I said, she smiled at me again as she looked at Jennifer who was behind me a bit frightened but still able to react. Ritz pulled away like it was a normal action and looked her dead in the eye. Ritz spoke with a tone as smooth as silk saying "will the little sister of mine try to strike me down in the name of the outlaw she loves". Jennifer stood straight and looked her dead in the eyes with a pale dead look in her own eyes, she pulled out two shock whips from that were wrapped around her body and as she did this her maids clothes were ripped to ribbons revealing what looked like an exact copy of Ritz uniform except in a bluish color. The guards raised their weapons and were about to shoot, but Ritz stopped them and pulled out her own whip as well as an energy blade.The two girls started fighting and all I could really see was sparks flying everywhere, I looked at the guards who were all confused and seemed off guard. I took this chance and changed the clips in my gun behind my back, taking advantage of the opportunity I threw a flash bang grenade at them. The explosive went off and the fighting stopped as the two girls were also blinded I started shooting at the guards who were trying to find their weapons or get their sight back in order, the group of them dropped dead, and Ritz was about to attack me from behind when Jennifer grabbed her by the hair and slammed her into the floor.We ran outside, kept on going and as we reached the bike Ritz came out through the front door and called four B.E.F.S. to attack us. We started driving, by the time they reached us we had gone around the corner and through a few streets. As we tried to outrun them we noticed something happening to them, they were being shot down and killed by something else. When I looked forward again I was rushing straight into a tunnel, and I didn't have time to stop us from heading inside and landing into this weird tunnel. It was dark and quiet I pulled out my holocell and put it on flash light mode I looked around and found hundreds of ammo cases around the place ,as well as a few bunches of rifles, machine turrets and other weapons that D'mob had sent for. I got off the bike and walked around when randomly above me a set of lights turned on.I looked around and saw a set of ten people looking at me each wearing some strangely bizarre clothes the one in front walked up to me and I pulled out my gun aimed it at him and told him not to move thinking this was one of D'mob's hidden weapon stashes. The guy looked at me with the mask on and said "is that anyway to treat the man that saved your life for the twelfth time in life" I looked at him confused as he pulled off his mask after that I recognized him right off the bat he was the weapon dealers kid and my best friend John Cloud one of the worlds best gunners and bike rider. I put my gun away and he invited us to dinner with his crew who had just saved our lives. We share a conversation at the dinner table and he introduced me to the entire party of twenty rebels he showed me to my room after that and I slept with my girlfriend Jennifer for the first time in my life. It was a great night for the first time of knowing the truth and finally breaking free.In the morning we got up and I found the rebels were packing up everything I asked John what was going on and he told me that they were getting ready to leave in two days, being who I am normally I helped them pack and load up the trucks. We finished loading the trucks and headed to the kitchen to eat breakfast. I volunteered to make pancakes, and I sort of didn't know what I was doing and made a mess of the kitchen trying to make the pancakes. James looked at me, helped me to clean the mess up, and then showed me how to do it the right way. I was lost for a few minutes but was able to understand it quite well and figured how to do it the right way.After that we ate with the group in a table that was in good conditions but could use some work; the lights started flickering meaning we didn't have much time until they died out. I packed my bag and was getting ready to leave when James stopped me and asked "we know of a fortress on the back side of the city could you help us take it out before we make our move out of the city"?I looked at him and nodded in agreement; I put down my bag and went to the garage to work on my bike Shadow Fox the black hound of the night. I took it apart and started adding some other parts, added two side compartments that could hold my swords, and put in some bullet proof casing over the engine and the front; then I spray painted it metallic black. The job was completed in about two day's time with minimum amounts of sleep. Finally I put my sword in and made sure it closed correctly and the blades fit correctly.After that I crashed for a whole night of well earned rest, I woke up and ate something fast as it was time to be on the move. James rounded up the group with me and Jennifer; James looked at every one and started saying "today my friends, brothers, and comrades we will take out the major trade fortress on the back side of the city, soon after we'll leave this city and be free of the tyranny of D'mob, and one day we will return with more numbers and power than he could imagine FOR FREEDOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" as he yelled out the group yelled with him. I looked at them and went to my bike I told Jennifer to ride with the truck just to be safe cause I had to make a quick stop somewhere. I opened the ramp door and drove out ahead of the team and took a different route as they went the opposite way.I drove to the front part of the wall where I had an old friend whom I needed to do me a favor. I stopped in front of this luxurious house and went in, inside this young man with black hair that was totally messed up and sticking up everywhere, looked up to me through a set of glasses with these milk brown eyes and a mustache that looked like the video game character Mario except that this one was totally funny looking. He got up and came towards me; his clothes were wrinkled and a bit torn in some places but still had some color in them. The room was covered in strange papers of different chemical mixes with various effects; he looked at me then said in a voice that sounded like a monkey screeching "you stop by for the regular shipment of that stuff" pointing to a metal army crate that was familiar to me.I went to it and opened it inside was. A twelve pack of C.C.P Chameleon camouflage potion, I pulled out 80 dollars from my pocket and handed it to him he counted through to make sure it was all there and said thanks. He looked around the room again, went into a back room and as I was getting ready to leave he called me into the back room. I went in and he showed me into this closet that was empty, we got in, he closed the door and flipped a random switch that was on the left hand side where he stood. The room started to hum and suddenly felt like we where dropping, a few seconds later we were in an underground lab room filled with different colored lights, chemical bottles, vials of different nasty looking things, jars filled with who knows what kind of things, and little mechanical contraptions that were extremely bizarre. He walked me to the back of the room passing a few cages with animals and mutated things, then a collection of strange weapons till we reached a large table in the back of the room. On the table there was a grenade launcher and a metallic crate filled with P.M (Phosphorus-Magnesium) grenades.I looked at it and asked him how much it would cost, he looked at me and said "250 and we got a deal". I went through my bag and pulled out two hundred fifty dollars. He looked through the bills and sent me off. I took the weapon and went on my way the thing could fit five grenades per load. I drove through the streets covered by a black hood as the B.E.F.S. units drove by on high alert. The invasion of the fort had already begun; I pushed down on the gas pedal as we drove by the B.E.F.S. and many buildings. I circled round the area and then straight through into some short cuts between the city. I popped open my holocell, keyed in a few codes and a password; instantly the streets converted themselves into an over lift pass that gave me a straight road to the fort but cut off all other routes. While this was active I was hoping to give James some time, I shut the screen off and kept going hoping it would take me only a few minutes to make it.Mean while up in the palace D'mob searched the city and found what he was looking for, Derrick using an access route but to what end? He didn't like what he was seeing; he went into the computer and looked at the new route created by Derrick, he entered in a few codes and shortly after the road set up by Derrick started shutting down and going back to normal.I started watching the front of the road that I made, go down returning to normal; I pushed the gas to full speed but knew that it wasn't enough. I pulled my bike into a wheelie and hit the nitro boost as I hit the last bit of solid road launching myself up and pulling myself onto a building. I drove down through the stairs of the building and down into the street while the B.E.F.S. started chasing after me again. I made it to the fort a few minutes before they did, looking around I found the rebellion standing at the gates trying to break through. I walked up to the gate and told them to clear out, as I pulled out my grenade launcher and blasted two of the P.M grenades right into the gate, melting it through. James looked at me, then at Malcolm and pulled out his sword; we rushed inside and the enemy caught by complete surprise fell like flies.We went deeper and deeper into the fortress losing a few soldiers here and there in the process. At the peak of what seemed like our victory the enemy reinforcements came; we pulled into the fortress and kept fighting inside. The band was split up into four groups, I don't know how but we got divided by these trap walls, and I knew what we were going to do which was keep going to the last breath. I was trapped on the far left side, Jennifer was trapped at the stairs going up, Malcolm was trapped on the right, and James was trapped in the corridor.We went our separate ways hoping to meet up somewhere in the fort but what we didn't expect was what we got in this fort was more than a weapons depo for his army, it was also his breading ground for mutated humans and creatures. I knew he was working on trying to give people telekinetic powers but I didn't expect it was this bad; I was surrounded by humans that were either dead, mutated or deformed to the point of being less than human. As I went through I started feeling this sharp pain in my head, when I turned around I noticed this one human like creature staring at me. I dropped to my knees as the pain increased and started screaming the crowd of mutants and creatures started going crazy with roars and screeches of what sounded like laughter.I barely managed to pull out my gun and tried aiming, but the moment I pulled it out the creature released my mind and pulled it to him. I got up a few seconds later as I looked at him he made the gun go up against my forehead and went into my mind again telling me to let him go or he would blow out my brains. I put my hands up in surrender to his will, as I walked up to his cage and cut open the door with my plasma dagger. The moment I opened the cage he jumped out at me, looked me in the eye and went over to this desk on the far side of the room. At the desk he grabbed a few vials of what looked like blood and some other chemicals. I looked at him in a confused manner barely understanding what was happening.Within a few minutes he had this vial filled with a deep purple liquid that smell like a dead person. He drank it and started trembling like crazy, he fell to the ground gasping for breath and coughing up some tan like fluid, and then his body started changing it grew some color and some flesh his head grew some hair and he started looking more like a man. He got up a few minutes later coughing up a small puddle of blood and some other crap. He got up and walked to this cabinet where the scientists kept some clothes he pulled a set out and put them on turning around he looked at me, said thanks and introduced himself as Shawn.We kept walking as I took the front position with my gun in hand ready for anything we went down some corridors and up and down some stairs. We kept going and I heard a voice above me that was too familiar, I looked up and saw Jennifer backed into a corner through a grated floor. I pulled out my dagger and cut out the grate above me which dropped almost on top of me, but stopped in mid air as Shawn caught it with his kinetic powers and threw it aside.I jumped up, pulled out my desert eagle shooting two of the guards in front of me, turned around and shot the one that was getting too close to Jennifer, and I moved and helped Shawn up. The three of us moved on a few minutes later with Shawn leading the way, we made our way into this room, Malcolm and James were just arriving as well. James was with fewer troops than I remember and Malcolm was alone but he was covered in blood that was definitely not his own.The room was white with four halls and a door on the opposite side from where we were, I looked around then walked over to the door, a turret came out above me but was shot out before it could do anything. I looked back at James who had his rifle leveled with his eye. I turned back to the door and opened it; inside was a large amount of weapons enough to fuel a large army, the group brought in some duffel bags they picked up along the way, we filled them with guns, and we also stacked a few cases of ammo.I walked over to the weapon database computer and started reading through the list of weapons that were in the building, I stopped a few pages down on this weapon that seemed familiar to me. I don't know why the weapon was a three in one gun that shot grenades, had a flame thrower, and a machine gun with bullets that generated electric energy. I showed it to James who decided to take it as it arrived, and packed it into his bag.We were all set to leave when the reinforcements came rushing into the fort; Malcolm opened the door walked out, and the door closed behind him. Our troops were all frightened, I went up to one of them and asked what had happened, he told me that the front gates were over swarmed with troops, and that the lab rooms filled with mutants and other freaks were opened and the creatures released. I got up and went over to James and said in his ear "hey we have a problem, I'm going to find Malcolm and try to find a way out. Stay here with the army I'll be back"I walked out the door and went through one of the halls; I could hear screams and roars as I walked into the dark corridor. A few moments later I saw a body fly at me, I ducked as the body crashed on the floor behind me dead. I inspected it but it was just another one of D'mob's dogs, I kept walking till I came into a room that was filled with combat mutants and freaks that tearing through the soldiers. I looked around and found Malcolm in a corner with some soldiers guarding him. I pulled out a flash bang and threw it as I pulled back into the hall; I came back in as the grenade finished and sliced down the guards around Malcolm and told him we needed to find a way out.We ran down the hall but we weren't alone, I could hear footsteps above us and various creatures in the wall, we kept running for a few minutes and came into an open room with three other entrances around it. I ran to the door ahead of me and tried opening it but it was of no use, I tried the one on the left with the same result, and the last one with the same results as the previous two. I looked at Malcolm who had shut the door behind him and locked it. He turned around and looked at me with a blood cold stare into my eyes.He pulled out his energy blade and formed an electric ball in his hand sucking the lights out of the room he rushed me, I jumped to the side as the static blast ran through the walls. Again he re-sucked it into a ball and this time threw it at me, I flipped out of its way and as I looked towards it I notice it didn't hit the wall instead it was following me. I ran around the room then up the wall, I turned around and put my own energy blade in the way. My blade absorbed the energy and I launched myself off the wall at Malcolm slicing him in the eye. He screamed but his voice wasn't normal it screeched and shrieked like an animal in pain. I turned around as he grabbed me and blasted me into a wall with his hand. I realized very quickly he was also mutated and had telekinetic powers.He dropped to one knee on the other side of the room as he screamed he started talking to himself as the lights went off and on. "Don't do this he's your friend", "do it, kill them they are part of the group that has destroyed you"; his voice kept changing tone and attitude as he fought with himself. He let go of his head and threw his weapons to the side, with his power he blew out the doors and ripped the metal off the walls.He started levitating and came after me, I ran through the door on the left and looked up to a holographic map trying to locate my team. They were a floor down, three rooms to the left, and one to the right. So I started running, I looked back and saw Malcolm fighting himself but still chasing me. "Stop this he's trying to help us he didn't know this was happening", "KILL HIM he's just like the rest a filthy coward who deserves to die he shouldn't be allowed to live any more than we should've have been created this way". "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" he moved faster and I could feel the energy pulsing off his body, I took the turn to the left then the next, and the one that followed where I dropped a fragmentation grenade that blew up in his face. It didn't even scratch him, but did slow him down. I pulled a P.M and dropped it on the floor, it blew up and melted into the weapons room, just as I dropped in.Malcolm came down behind me; put his hands together gathering energy from the surrounding walls and tearing the room apart in the process. James pulled out his new gun, switched it to machine gun mode and opened fire on Malcolm, so did the rest of the force that remained, but the bullets were useless as they were caught by a force field that just seemed to keep growing. I called up to him saying "Malcolm fight the demon in your head don't lose control you are not evil, you don't have to kill us to be free of the darkness within yourself, fight him!!!"Malcolm looked at me and a few seconds later the bullets just dropped like rain. Malcolm started fighting himself, as we watched he jerked back and forth he seemed like he was in a whole lot of pain but at the same time he seemed to be enjoying the pain. A few minutes into this and the army of D'mob's came in and started to shoot but were pushed back by Shawn who was trying to hold up the force field for us to find a way out. I looked at Malcolm who threw his arms out and blasted the walls apart he did it two more times and then we saw light.I told every one to pull out and the army started flooding out of the building, Shawn was still inside holding the enemy forces at bay. Malcolm used the rest of his power, the building started shaking, rumbling electricity started blazing and fuming. The building caught on fire from the inside and he brought the fort down on himself and the others.I ran back into the ruble hoping to find the body of either of the two and was glad when I found Shawn still alive. He helped me find Malcolm who was no longer himself, his body was torn down to the bone in some places, and was gashed every where else with a few 3rd degree burns here and there. I took the time to bury his body said my prayers for his soul to be lifted to heaven and went on my way.Jennifer and I jumped on my bike, James approached me and told me "Ill see you out there on the other side of the wall, till then stay frosty". I looked him in the eye with a smile, and then to Shawn who was now wearing some regular clothes he must have taken off from the soldiers. He came over to me and told me the same thing; I started to drive, knowing we wouldn't make it out tonight now that the city was on max alert.Me and my girl decided to lay low down in a city storage house that was no longer being used, we stayed in there for about two days before we tried our escape. We knew it would be hard, and I contacted James to see if he was still in the city, as it turned out he wasn't. He got lucky, but then again he did blow a hole in the central wall with the rebellion just so he could get out. I took Shadow Fox and traveled along the walls to see what was going on. The guards were everywhere so I had to be real careful about what I was doing in the area.When I got back Jennifer wasn't home, I looked all over the place but she wasn't inside, I called her on the holo cell she didn't answer. A few minutes later I received a call from an unknown number, I answered it but the voice on the other side stopped my heart "hello Derrick nice to know you still haven't changed your number, anyway I have Jennifer so if you ever want to see her again you'll come home and do exactly like I say. Other wise things can get real messy for her. I say you have till sunset to come back" it was D'mob and now I had to go back to the palace at whatever cost we should've gone when we had the chance.I walked outside and dropped to my knees sobbing in despair when I felt this familiar presence next to me I looked up and I knew who it was instantly, Dante my twin beloved brother. He helped me up and told me "babies cry, girls cry, but men don't cry without a reason". At that moment I was ready for anything even if it was death that waited for me. We set up a plan in which we switched places; his bike the Lionheart was similar to mine except way more advance. It was better painted in silver, with much better material than mine, it was surprisingly also way more maneuverable than mine, and had two automatic turrets on the front fed by two chains of .50 cal bullets. We switched clothes and gear, but we pretty much had a good feel of how to use each others weapons.He drove into the palace through the front door, while I went to the back of it and drove in through a hidden passage that was supposed to be used for emergency escapes only. I sort of rigged it to be open for me at anytime by hooking it up to my holo cell and bypassing security making undetectable to the security monitors that checked every door in the palace. I ended up somewhere in the back lawn of the palace and using my brother's jet pack started setting some charges up in the roof.I returned to the tunnel and using my holocell I hacked into the surveillance line of the palace and started monitoring what was going on inside. I watched as they led my brother and Jennifer down to the area that I just rigged with explosives. The moment they were in that area I pulled the trigger and they room caved in around them. I got on the bike, drove back into the palace, turned a few corners and stopped in front of the ruble.My brother and girlfriend were just getting out and as they jumped on the back of the bike D'mob and his dogs got up and started shooting at us. I drove straight through the door and my bro jumped off and took my bike. Jennifer who was still clueless to the fact that we had switched bikes and clothes, jumped on his bike, and we drove on through the next gate. My bro pulled out the grenade launcher and handed it to Jennifer, as we got close to the wall she popped in the clip and shot the wall with a P.M. grenade that melted the wall a few seconds before we reached it, allowing us to make it through just as the B.E.F.S. were arriving.We drove through the city till we came up to this old warehouse building, when we got in I noticed that it was more high tech than I thought. We walked down stairs, then down an elevator that was in the far back corner, and came into this open room. Inside there were three people whom I had already met Samuel, Axel and Alice. That night we explained what happened and how my life was while I was in the palace; I have to say that this was the best meal I ever ate sitting around a wooden table with my family that may not be complete but was still good. Now we only had to worry about dealing with D'mob. He knew we were coming for him and now he would start acting, with four of his lieutenants gone he would be moving somewhere else very quickly and gathering his forces for the oncoming battle, but that was still away in the future.A Few Days Later in D'mob's Palace:D'mob looked around his palace, the regular stuff was being put away his documents on the computer were being downloaded to his laptop, after that the computer would be destroyed along with the A.I He walked to his trophy room, some soldiers had brought in several crates for him to pack the things on his inner sanctum as he pleased. On a shelf of the wall in a small glass case was the first revolver he used to kill a few gang lords. Beside it was the mask that he ripped off from his first rival, outside of his home. The mask was made of steel and had horns; the face was engraved and finely painted to look like a demon a symbol of power in D'mob's eyes.On the shelf above were three cases, one had a piece of metal that was a hot rod flame color this was the only piece of his first bike he had left; it was part of the covering on the engine. The next case had a dagger in it, this was given to him by his father Cloud when he became an apprentice, and to him this was a reminder that he kept as to why he chose this road in life. The third case was the most important to him, in it was his brothers mask shaped like a Geraldns face, made of gold covering only the eyes and nose, he took it from his brother as a sign of his greatest victory and achievement in life.On the wall next to him was the very first sword that he ever used in combat the Phoenix, his personal nodachi a longer katana. The hilt was crimson red with gold ties around it, casing the phoenix that was built into the hilt, the blade still sharp, and the sheath still in perfect condition.Laminated and in a frame on the opposite wall was a picture of him and his first wife who died in a car accident, an accident that he survived by pure luck. When she died it tore a hole in his heart, he kept the picture as another reason to become powerful.On the wall behind him were a few more shelves the top shelf had two pictures and two cases. The two pictures were hand drawn one that was picturing a lush green field with flower's and a mountain in the background. The next picture was a fight between two men both had long beards and they were around the ages of forty or so. One held a spear that was wrapped with a gold snake; the other had a spear with a blue dragon etched in the blade. These pictures were offerings to him as a meaning of great peace at the cost of blood.The first case held another gun except this one was bigger; it was the first gun built of its kind that was fully functional. It was a silver color with a laser sight attached to the top; the energy pack could hold a thousand shots. It also had a blade attached to the bottom, this was added specially for D'mob who always had his weapons equipped with some sort of a blade in case he ran out of ammo or the person got to close to him. The energy pack in it had died already so he kept it as a reminder of how far they had advanced in weapons technology over the years.The second case had a dead stuffed rat inside in a glass box. This was the first successful mutation they had ever created; like his serpent it could talk. This was where he started the mutation program that was now being used on humans that were either prisoners or criminals. His snake looked at the rat hissed and said "how sad that the mutation that was given to me was first used on a worthless pest like that rodent oh well. As this is of little value to me could we possibly leave it behind?"D'mob looked at his serpent, smiled in a conciliatory way, and calmly said "if you so insist, then we shall leave it". He packed the two pictures and the first case in a crate and sealed it up. Looking back at the rat he walked out as two soldiers came and grabbed the crates and followed him the only thing he carried was his sword, as he walked by the main frame the A.I said in a flat tone "sir will we be seeing you again a few months from now?" D'mob looked at the hologram laughed and pulled out his gun shooting the main frame a few times. The hologram disappeared and he called for some soldiers to destroy the machine as he picked up the laptop that now had all his documents in it. He continued walking as he started to see things from his past flashing through his head; above you could hear the landing of a VTOL the personal belongings of D'mob would be loaded here and taken to the air ship. He would be taking another VTOL with Derrick and his small group of soldiers with his most prized belongings.He came out from his memories when he noticed his three lieutenants standing in front of him in a normal tone he said "Ritz, Blade you both stay and make sure everything is packed and moved to our city down in Japan, and make sure no one follows you, Derrick you come with me". The first two lieutenants walked away and the third one stepped aside to let his master walk by, and then followed next to him as he was told, they walked around going up a few stairs as he stopped at each important room to him. The last room he stopped at was his own bed room he walked in alone and went to his bed lifting the mattress revealing a hidden box with a combination on it he grabbed it and walked away they continued to the roof where the VTOL waited to take them away.The air ship was about an hour's trip away as it stopped at a city to pick up some fuel and resources. The trip was silent and the arrival was even quieter, the air ship was busy with people going about their daily lives but D'mob tuned out everything around him. He walked like the end of his life was coming closer as he walked up the stairs to the second, then third and fourth floor's he kept going on and on, as he kept remembering everything in his past. Upon reaching his room he entered, unpacked and looked around as he started setting his belongings up with care.
Hestarted with the regular belongings clothes and personal items, and the regularroom décor. Then he started with hisprized positions unpacking them with great care, he looked at them on theshelves, pulling out his brother's mask he set it next to his bed and tried tosleep but as soon as he closed his eyes the nightmare began. He was fightinghis brother, except this time he was alone. The two had their swords drawn andwere staring at each other, D'mob moved first charging at him. Gerald just stood there with a cold lifelessexpression on his mask; when D'mob came nearly in contact with Gerald's heartthe man just seemed to disappear. Turning around D'mob saw him again floatingwith wings white as an angel; D'mob stood there in fear but came out of hisfear and jumped at his brother who so easily dodged the attack. He tried againand again but kept missing a few minutes into this process D'mob was tiredsweating and holding himself up with his sword. His brother landed, his wingsfolded around him like a cloak, approaching him, he pulled out his own swordand stabbed D'mob through the heart. D'mob stared, as he started coughing upblood grabbing his brother's mask he pulled it off his face dropping to hisknees. The man behind the mask wasn't his brother, it was his nephew Dante whosmiled with a grim smile pulled out his gun aimed at D'mob's head and pulledthe trigger. D'mob woke up panting for breath, in a deep desperate breath hesaid "I'll be back for you Dante believe me I will be back".
