15. All Dating

1:14 PM

"I don't think you actually like me." Jacob says and pushes me away. "I see it. You only kiss me when you have a crowd."

I don't say anything because I believe it's true. "Well... I mean...." His hand falls on my shoulder as he sits us down. "Who do you really like? I can help you out."

"But I used you. Why do you want to help me?" I ask him curiously. I feel bad, maybe, maybe not but I feel like this is a to manipulate me.

"Trust me. No harm whatsoever. Just for your happiness. I feel helping out solves things in the long run." Jacob announces. I smile and open my arms in a big hug and he accepts.

"Okay. I want Jack Johnson." I say and he just stares at me really weird, like he thinks I'm an idiot or something.

I mean, yeah I like Jack is that bad. I don't care, is he judging me for liking a guy with the same name as me? "What!" I scold.

"No. Like... Jack is like, persistent and like, he's staying a virgin til marriage, while you can't keep your hands out of your pants for longer than thirty seconds!" He looks down and I notice that my hands are in my sweats as I'm warming my, hands. Yeah.

"See. Look at you." Jacob points down. He's about to walk away but I tug his arm. "Okay, teach me how to be what he likes."

Jacob takes a deep breath, "Gladly, we were friends when we were young and I'm his lab partner so I suppose I can give you some info and learn more for you."

"But one thing..." He whispers. "You said no catches! You said-" Jacobs lips collide with mine and I'm in shock but I do kiss back sweetly with his lips, they're really soft and delicate and I enjoy it every time but it's just a kiss to me. "You have got to tell people we had sex."

I start laughing and hold his waist, "Why?" His lips go against my ear, "Because... I got cooler ever since you act like we're a thing. If I sleep with you I'm even cooler! Let me have just that."

I give him a kiss on the head and nod, "We had rough sex babe. And you like calling me daddy. Now, if you don't mind, I think we should get back to class. I'll see you alright?" I hold his hand and slowly lighten the grip.

"This is the end of our so called dating relationship, and the start to friend relationship." Jacob says and nods before waking away to his direction to fifth period.

2:27 PM

"Hey Jack!" I exclaim gladly with a happy wave. It's like my eyes light up when I see him, and my heart pounds out of excitement.

Johnson does a little head nod and starts walking to that one guy Dillon asshole who shooed me out his home that one time.

I grip my backpack and look down at my toes. It doesn't hurt, it doesn't. But for some reason my chest is aching a little.

"Hey boy, what's so nice about the floor?" I hear Taylor and he puts his hand on my shoulder. I look at him and he gasps. "You alright?" His sleeve wipes my eyes. I shrug and follow him.

"Come on! It's a nice Wednesday. Half the week is over, don't be a bitch!" Taylor shouts a me.

Suddenly Carter is here and breaks the connection between Taylor and I, throwing his arms over us. "Guys. Good news from last night! Sorry I didn't see you guys all day and I wanted to tell you in person instead of texting."

I nod quietly, "Matthew and I are dating!" He says with a half excitement and half bleh, it's like sarcasm.

"WHAT?" Taylor says shockingly.

"Why does everyone have to be dating someone!" I sigh.

"Wait. But what about you and Jacob or something? You guys looked pretty touchy the other day? I ship it." Taylor asks and it blooms a little warmth in my heart. "It's nothing."

Carter sways his hands in a calming manor. "To be honest. It was just a dare. I'm only being nice. I'll probably break it off soon."

"Hey guys! Thanks for waiting. Let's go now?" Cameron comes along and now all four of us are here about to go to the record store.

"Oh, this asshole here is talking about how he has a boyfriend!" I say sarcastically throwing my hands up. I'm truthfully button hurt.

"Aw little Car. Who?" Cameron scruffs Carter's hair. "Oh it's Matt from Celibacy." Cameron makes a whistled tone and then a light, "Oh."

"Wait so what were you saying? You don't actually like Matt?" Taylor nudges carter. And now I feel like he's playing a ME. I mess around like that, Carter is too nice to do so. "He's good and all... But I dunno. He, eh. I'll see but I doubt I really like him."

Cameron stops as were walking, "Why did you ask him out then?" He snaps. "Because it was a dare. My friends think I like him, so they made me do it. Truthfully, that night I think I did like him."

"Why are you so snappy over this?" I ask Cameron in concern. "Because... Matt. Eh, no reason. I'm just... Well, he's, nothing... never mind." Cameron's voice lowers.

Someone is being irritated for no apparent reason! But oh hey, look at me. I have much irritation! :-)))

"Oh and since we're all sharing facts, Shawn said he had a wet dream of me!" Taylor swirls himself and begins to lead our group.

All of us begin to laugh and I think we forgot who was dating who for just that moment but it still reminds me of how nobody wants me.

"Man, now. No fighting guys. Let's just go listen to some good music and snack on food." Taylor applauds.
