Chapter 5

Ok, so...I survived my first week of highschool even though it wasn't that bad but still. I woke up early this morning because I was thinking of going to the beach later that day.

I sat on the kitchen table and watched my mum cooked. Apple juice, pancake and scrambled eggs, it was fabulous. I asked for mum's permission to go to the beach at 9am.

"With who? And what time are you coming back home?" Mum asked

"Umm, I'm going alone and I'm not sure when I'll be back, but it won't take long" I answered

"Ok then" mum said

I went upstairs and took a bath. After finishing my bath I decided what to wear, so I went to look in my closet. "Hmmm..." I decided. At last I just wore my white crop top, high waist shorts and my black high heel wedges.

I went outside and made my way to the beach. On the way there, I stopped and realized that I forgotten to bring my phone, so I ran back home and got my phone. I plugged in my earphone on and wore them and made my way back to the beach. I couldn't hear anyone because my music was on a very loud volume. Just then someone tapped my shoulder and handed me my lipstick. "Your lipstick fell, so here you go" he said

Him; the blond-brown hair, black skinny jeans, brown eyes, black jacket and white converse. He was about my height; 5'6 foot and had a very packed muscles.

"Omg..thank you very much. I didn't realized that it fell off my pocket" I said. "Erika's the name" shaking his hand

"You're welcome. Its Brooklyn but you can call me Brook" he suggest. "Have we met before?...in school?"

"I think that one time, in maths class right?" I asked

"Oh yea.. Ahaha" he laughed. "So where you heading?"

"Umm.. No where, just to the beach...You?" I asked

"Just getting some fresh air" he said. "Can I come with you, since I don't have anything to do?"

"Yea..that'll be great. Come on let's go" I said

Me and Brook made our way to the beach and guess who I saw. Wait nvm don't guess. Its Rachel. Yes ,yes.. I was shock too. Suddenly Rachel came running to Brook and hugged him. "Erika this is Rachel.." He said.

"Umm... Yea we already know each other" I said

Rachel laughed "Erika.. Ahahah. What are you doing with my boyfrien..."

"Ex- boyfriend" Brook interrupted her talk. "We're not dating anymore remember?"

Rachel stood there as if she was about to kill me for no reason because she was giving the evil face and the "you better not touch my ex" face. So I backed off and went on the other side of the beach, while Rachel was trying to impress Brooklyn.

I got myself sat down on a table enjoying the view. I took my phone out to take some pictures and I wanted to take a selfie too. So, I stretched my arm out and when I turned the camera over I got shocked and accidental hit Jack with my phone. He was trying to sneak on me but I guessed....... it's not working.

"Omg! Jack! Don't do that" I shouted and helped him up.

"Ahahaha, I almost got you there" he laughed

"Omg I'm so sorry. Your face is turning red" I said touching his cheek.

"No big deal" he said "so you wanna take that selfie or what?"
