Chapter 30

*Zack's POV*

I reminded Erika that were going at 7 to the new restaurant downtown while my dad reminded his dad. I was really looking forward to this dinner tonight.

My family getting to know hers and for them to be really closer to us it a very good thing. What can go wrong?

I took a shower and dried off afterwards. I put on my grey tuxedo and tied on my black tie. It was considered as a formal dinner type of thing. I smiled towards the mirror all night long, thinking all the good things that can happen tonight. Me, her, mom, dad and her parents... perfect.

I brushed my finger through my hair for the last time before my mom call me downstairs.

They were all ready to go. Before we left the house I checked myself out for the last time and left.

*Erika's POV*

I was half nervous half blessed. Meeting his parents is like the most important thing for me...for us.

My phone beeped and revealed a message from Zach. He kept reminding me about tonight.

The bag he gave earlier contain a gorgeous looking dress. It was grey or silver-ish and it reaches just above my knee.He also stuck a note on the dress.

See you tonight baby.
          XOXO your one and only.

I smiled and I couldn't stop until Jack broke into my window again. I quickly stuck the note on my closet and look at Jack.

He stood behind the glass pane holding a paper which says "I'm sorry" and made puppy faces.

I was confused but I let him in anyways. He rushed inside and hugged me tightly. I hugged him back. I knew he needed some comfort so I let him hugged me for which seemed like forever until my phone beeped again. Its another message from Zach.

He didn't let go nor did I. Finally he backed off and stared right through me "Important night today huh?" He asked holding my phone which was in my back pocket but I guess he has slipped his hand onto my back pocket and took it out.

"Sneaky as always"I smirk and grabbed the phone away "just a dinner with his family or my dad's boss..either" I fiddled my finger.

He pulled my chin up to face him "have fun..I hope you'll miss me one day as much as I miss you every day" he said kissing my left cheek and jumped off from the balcony.

That was something. I looked at the clock and it was 6:30. Shit! I only have 30 minutes to change.

I rinse myself in the shower using my cherry blossom shower gel and got dressed.

I put on my undies and wore the dress that Zach gave earlier. I smiled every time I look at the dress. After brushing my hair I pulled it into a messy bun which then I top it off with a flower crown.

I put on a thin layer of contour then a matt cherry lipstick with an eye liner to finish off. I kept looking back to the mirror to see that beautiful lady which was me.

I went downstairs and my parents we're surprised by the way I dressed "my little princess is growing up so quickly" mom said rushing to hug me.

Dad gave me a very delicate smile which I smiled back. Emily however was dressed nicely too. She was adorable I should say.

We drove off to the restaurant  downtown and before we left, I quickly took my sparkly pearl purse and popped in my phone, lip gloss and my eyeliner. Just in case... Ya know?
