"Jungkook," I flinched as he growled and snapped at me with his pointy teeth. His eyes were turning redder than ever while more and more creases formed on the underside of his eyes and I couldn't help but feel even more fearful by the second. Not that I was ever afraid of him hurting me but I fear for his own safety.He transformed into someone unrecognisable and one will be unable to identify him as a human being.
Before I could do anything else,he nearly pounced on me until Seokjin grabbed the sryinge from the counter and stabbed him by the neck. Jungkook's eyes began to close as he collasped to the ground and his chains banged against the floor. "Are you alright?" Seokjin shrieked,holding me by the shoulders.
"I'm fine,he didn't hurt me," I stammered.
"He would if I hadn't done something,"Seokjin sighed,massaging his temples.
"Get some rest,the boys and I will try to find a cure before he wakes up."
"No I want to help,I've known him for a long time too. At least let me help you with something.Anything," I reiterated.
"Fine,"He said,"Go and grab the spellbook from the attic for me will you?"
"What's the title?"
"I think it's called HEALING POTIÕNS," He replied in doubt.
I rushed to the attic and searched high and low for the book. Scanning my eyes around the bookshelf,I came across a purple spined book that had the initials HP. With a smile,I grabbed the book. The words were written in gold and the front cover was smooth. I was about to flip to the very first page and gasped as the shiny pages started flipping vigorously on its own. I shrieked,dropping the book to the floor. The book came to a stand still. I took a while to recover myself but eventually, I bent forward to get the book. Picking it up as slowly as possible,I held it close to my chest and rushed downstairs into the basement once more.
"Here it is!" I cried. The boys gathered around the long wooden table,collecting all potions and materials they could find around the mansion. "Great,thank you!" Seokjin said.
"Where do we begin?" I asked.
"Hana,truth is,you're the only one who can read this. This book can only be read by the royal family of wolves,including yourself,"Namjoon explained,stepping between Seokjin and I. Slouching,I scratched my head in frustration,"But what if I can't? This is the first time I've come across such a difficult foreign language. It's impossible!"
"We have faith in you,"Namjoon placed a hand on my shoulder,"Jungkook has faith in you too."
Receiving the encouragement by everyone,I heaved a sigh and nodded my head.
Opening the book,the words jumbled up before me and I was able to read them at ease. I scanned my eyes down the content page until I found a chapter that read 'Healing Potion for Wolves'
"Found it!" I cried. Flipping to the page in a hurry,I began reading the ingredients aloud.
"1 goat's leg,
6 teaspoons of gold coins
4 tablespoons of wishing cream
A strand of the victim's hair"
This is bloody unusual,not to mention,creepy.
"Do you think this will work?" I glanced at the boys.
"We'll find out sooner or later."
Looking at Jungkook asleep,I knew we had to start working.
