43. Is it possible to lie without saying a word?
I like this one already.
Here's the perfect scenario:
THIS IS FOR A MAN. IF YOU ARE A GIRL, SUBSTITUTE DIFFERENT WORDS.You come home and your wife seems super mad. You can't figure out why. Then she says, "Look what I found in the car." She holds up a pair of pink panties and two condoms. "Look what I found in the car you fucking asshole. YOU CHEATED ON ME. YOU LIED TO ME."
Stop it right there! Let's say they never made a pact about cheating. Therefore, the husband never said "I promise I won't cheat on you."
Okay okay. When you say,"I do.", you do pretty much promise to stay loyal.
That was not a good example on third thought.
But if you don't say anything and someone finds out you did something bad and they're all like: "You told me you didn't do that!" But let's say you didn't tell that person that you didn't do that.
Basically, if you do something wrong and don't tell anyone, then you aren't lying to anyone. You're just not confessing.
A BIG difference. So the answer to this question is YES.
