It all depends.
If the couple have JUST broken up because one just lost love for him/her, then being friends can respark that love. Unless he/she is already dating someone else. In this specific case, then no.
Only a yes if you are POSITIVE that you don't think about that person very often. That means you don't love the person anymore.
