"So, let's just see how skilled ya are," Captain says as he glues a target board to the door.
"Uh, Captain, ya sure ya want to put it right there?" Thomas asked worriedly.
"Yeah, Captain, maybe it's not the best idea to put it there," Christopher agreed.
"What's the problem?" Captain asked not really listening, "This is perfectly safe."
"Captain, what if the knife were to go through the wood while Nathan was coming up the stairs?" Rizuki asked. Captain seemed to think after hearing that. Nathan would get really pissed off at them if he ended up dropping a dish because a knife went through the door and knocked it out of his hands.
"Nathan won't care," Russell said. Russell was once again in a foul mood. Ever since last week Russell had been constantly lashing out at the entire crew, especially Rizuki. Nobody knew why. Captain had Rizuki go down to his room a few times to try and figure out what was bothering him, but she would always come back up saying that he wouldn't talk to her. The others had also tried after that, but none of them succeed at getting a word out of Russell. They insisted that Nathan talk to him, but he didn't feel like getting yelled at like the others did.
"Maybe we should find some other place to do it," Rizuki suggested as she looked around, "Like maybe over there." Russell frowned even more than he already had been and he shook his head.
"Just do it here already!" Russell exclaimed angrily. Rizuki scoffed.
"Ok, what is your problem?" Rizuki asked, "All we've been trying to do all week is try and cheer you up or simply figure out what it is that's bothering you, but if you don't tell us what's going on then we won't know how to cheer you up. So, just tell us what's bothering you. We're your friends, your crew, do you think that we'll just laugh at you?" Russell stood there staring at Rizuki in surprise, but he soon regained his sullen and cold look.
"Just do it," Russell ordered through gritted teeth.
"Why should I listen to you?" Rizuki asked in frustration.
"Oh boy, lovers quarrel," Captain said in a teasing tone. Both Rizuki and Russell glared at Captain.
"We aren't havin' a lovers quarrel!" Russell yelled.
"We aren't lovers thank you very much," Rizuki snapped.
"Well, yer certainly quarrlin' like a couple of lovers," Captain insisted with a smirk on his face.
"You're imagining these things Captain," Rizuki argued.
"Look, just do it here will ya?" Russell asked impatiently.
"Don't tell me what to do!" Rizuki exclaimed, "You aren't the captain."
"Why does it matter if I'm captain or not?" Russell asked, "I'm older aren't I?"
"What does that have to do with anything?" Rizuki asked.
"Both of ya enough!" Captain ordered, "Rizuki, just do it here." Russell smirked triumphantly while Rizuki sighed. She lined up a dagger at the target and threw it. The dagger hit the target right, straight in the middle. "Pretty impressive, but I'm sure all of us could do that."
"Is that a challenge Captain?" Rizuki asked as she smirked. Captain gestured for her to go again. Rizuki nodded as she turned around. She readied her dagger in her hand. Then with one solid movement she swung herself around and threw the knife right at the middle of the target board. It hit in the middle and she smirked. "Do you think everybody can do that?"
"Yeah, maybe not all of us, but most of us," Captain responded with his arms crossed. Rizuki nodded as she grabbed another dagger. She readied herself again. She placed herself into a handstand position. "Haha, there is no way that yer be able to do that and hit the target."
