Shaking (Sarah Whitney x Will Target)

It has now been three months without Sarah being at the ranch, which made Zoey a bit uneasy. "What if Sarah didn't wake up?" She was too deep in her thoughts to notice that Bailey and her twin sister Chloe sat down next to her. "Zoey? You missed the training session." Chloe said as Will appeared, not so far away from them. "Training session?" Zoey asked confused, making her sister and Bailey wonder. Will looked at Zoey weirdly as she looked lost and not like herself. "Maybe you should go home? I'm sure Chloe can take care of Pepper." Will exclaimed as he watched Zoey walk over to Pepper. "Sarah is still in coma, I am going there to see if there is any news on her. Be good." Zoey whispered making sure nobody heard her. She went home to change, before she headed for the hospital.

Meanwhile Will and Bailey went back up to the house, since it was dinner time. "How is Sarah doing? Zoey said she was ill." Ms. Handler said making Bailey look at Will. "Uhm. We haven't talked to Sarah in a while." Bailey confessed to his parents as Will sat up straighter. "Sarah has not been on Horseland in ages." He thought, he was kind of worried about her. "We could go maybe go and see her tomorrow." Will said just as Ms. Handler's phone rang. "It's Sarah's mum." She spoke, before she talked to her a bit. "Oh I understand....can she have visitors?....I will tell them....Okay...Scarlet is over at Roselyn ranch......okay...yes...okay...bye." Bailey's mum replied before she hung up. "Ms. Whitney didn't think it would be such a good idea if you visited her. She said that Sarah is not feeling well and she is still ill. She was asleep right now, probably exhausted." Bailey's mum informed them before they continued eating. Will kept looking out the window while they ate, making Bailey a bit concerned. "Thanks for dinner." Will spoke, washing his dish. After setting his dish in the dishwasher he steppped outside going to the stable. 

He got Jimber's tack ready, making him able for a night walk. "Come on boy." Will spoke, while he made sure the stirrups sat like they were supposed to do. "Where are you going?" Bailey asked his cousin walking into the stable. "Just for a ride." Will answered watching Bailey made Aztec ready to go. The two of them went for a short trail ride. "I overheard your folks saying that Scarlet may never come back to Horseland. Something about that Sarah had been talking about changing stable." Will told Bailey who stopped Aztec too shocked.

"Scarlet is leaving Horseland for good?" Asztec asked Jimber, who looked just as shocked as Aztec. "It might be a misunderstanding though." Bailey said thinking about it for a while. "Yeah, it might be." Will replied to his cousin. The two of them headed home after they talked out some more. Jimber and Aztec's hooves made a clinging sound when they hit the ground of the stable. Shep woke up looking confused to see Bailey and Will still up. Bailey petted Shep, while Will took care of Jimber.
"Good night boy." Will spoke, pulling a blanket over Jimber to keep him warm after the ride. Bailey and Will went back to the house falling asleep.

"Will honey. Scarlet is coming back to horseland. But Ms. Whitney doesn't want to make her uncomfortable seeing the other horses. Jimber, Chili and Pepper are okay." Ms. Handler told Will who nodded. "Okay, I'll take her." Will said, grabbing a toast and heading out to the stable. "Bailey could you maybe take the girls for a trail ride, Chloe can stay though." Will asked making Bailey nod. "Who wants to come on a trail ride?" Bailey asked, he got Molly, Alma and Nani to join him on the ride. Who left Chloe with Will. "Zoey is coming soon. She had an appointment." Chloe informed him as Zoey showed up at the same time as Scarlet. "Easy girl." Will said, trying to calm down Scarlet. "I can take her, Will. I got news on Sarah anyway." Zoey spoke making Scarlet walk over to her and following her inside the stable again. "She is awake, woke up an hour ago. She is still pretty weak, but when she get released I am sure she will come and see you." Zoey whispered, stroking her hand through her black mane. 

"Scarlet was it good or bad news?" Pepper asked Scarlet from the stall across for her. "Good news." Scarlet answered catching Jimber and Chili looking at her. "What?" She asked turning to face them. "You just, I overheard Will and Bailey saying that you and Sarah might leave the ranch." Jimber spoke, making Scarlet look up. "Well Sarah has mentioned it, a few times." Scarlet answered which made Chili also want to know more. "The other girls are mean to Sarah, that's why Sarah and Zoey spend so much time together. They also ignored her for a few months. They didn't even know that Sarah-" Pepper stopped herself looking at Scarlet. "Sarah is what? Pepper?" Chili asked, making Scarlet nod. "Scarlet and Sarah were almost hit by a car once. Scarlet got scared, because he came in the blink of an eye and threw Sarah off. Sarah hit her head hard and she has been in coma for the last three months, but she woke up today. That's why Scarlet has been acting so weird and why she was ill." Pepper said quickly making Chili's eyes pop open. "Oh, I am sorry for all those stupid jokes."Chili said making Scarlet shocked. "It's fine, Chili. I just want my girl back." Scarlet informed him. "Zoey were there when it happened. We were on the same ride, but Scarlet was a few meters in head of us." Pepper added making the two stallions understand more.
