Shaking (Sarah Whitney x Will Target)

Chapter 22: Epilogue

Scarlet was out on the pasture along with Chili, Pepper and Karisha. The other horses were away on a contest, and only half of the team could compete. Scarlet noticed that Karisha was quieter  than she usually was. 

"Is everything alright?" Scarlet asked Karisha. Noticing how she stared into nothing. 

"I overheard a conversation between Sarah and Jade. Jade's parents are coming to get us today, and then we won't see each other for ages". Karisha revealed. She looked down sadly.

"Oh..I wasn't expecting that to be so soon". Scarlet said, sadly. She trotted over to where Karisha was standing and laid her head against her neck. "We will figure it out. I am sure Jade and Sarah will keep in touch, no matter what happens". Scarlet added, trying to be comforting. 

Eventually Pepper and Chili also found out about the sad news. They stayed with the mare until a medium sized horse trailer made it way towards the ranch. Jade had Karisha's halter and reins in her hand. Making sure everything was ready for their departure. 

**Humans pov**

Honestly Sarah couldn't believe it. It felt like Jade had been here for just a couple of days, not two months. She knew the day where Jade was going to leave would come, but she didn't think that the time would pass by so quickly. She was supposed to feel sad, but she didn't. She was happy. Jade had gotten over her fear for jumping with her horse again, which had been such a huge relief. 

Sarah watched Jade drive away with her parents. A small smile playing at her lips. She felt an arm wrap around her waist. She tilted her head to the side to see Will. He was giving her a comforting smile. She leaned against his chest and let him hold her close. "Thanks".

"I got you". Will reassured. He kissed the top of Sarah's head and continued to just hold her. He knew he needed to be there for her at such a tough time. Not knowing what else he could do to help, he stayed with her as long as he could. 

It wasn't until the car was out of sight that Will brought Sarah back to the house. Taking her somewhere she could let out all her feels, where he could give her the support she needed. 

Once Sarah had calmed down Will dared to spare a flirty wink at her. Catching her gaze and noticing her blushing cheeks. Will felt his heart flutter, and a stupid grin made its way to his lips. 

Will brought Sarah even closer and searched her eyes for any kind of encouragement. A glint in her eyes told him to go for it. He leaned in kissing Sarah softly. She knotted her hands in his hair, and kissed back. Letting out a quiet moan, Sarah blushed even more. 

She was supposed to have controll of her body, but obviously she didn't have that. She felt butterflies in her stomach, and her heart fluttered from the tiniest touch from Will. She closed her eyes and just enjoyed his gentle touches. Knowing that she had everything she would ever need. She had friendships, love and her family where she needed them. They could help her start over again, and become the person she always wanted to become. 

Updated 1st of January 2020. Merry Christmas and a happy New Year. Alright so I might have said there would be five more chapters, but I can to the conclusion that this will indeed be my final chapter of this story. I hope that you have all enjoyed the story, and I am now going to try to finish the rest of my stories on here. I feel so proud of myself. Before this year started I had a list of stories I was going to try and finish and I finished 3 out of 5, which is great. As I have mention before I use other sites such as Quotev and AO3 too, which I try to update every once I awhile. I hope that I will see you again in maybe another Horseland fanfic or something else. Currently I have hundreds off wips from fandoms ranging between "Horseland", "One Direction", "Red Dead Redemption", "Hawaii Five-0", "Home and Away", "Bonanaza" and "Marvel". I had never in my wildest dreams thought that one of my stories would reach 15k, so I thank you for that. I also want to say that I will never delete this story. A huge thank you to everyone of you reading my story. love you all xx cutememories.
