Melodie's P.O.V

I should have expected this last night when she started running towards the town but of course, I was too busy thinking reasons as to why the bite mark wasn't healing. It was all in my head but I couldn't figure it out. Maybe this is all about not telling Scott and Stiles that I was going after Malia and not even telling them we got into a fight.

Okay so it wasn't a fight it was more of her attack me then me running away before my instincts kicked in. Now here I was walking down the hallway with Stiles and his dad talking about how Malia came to the school and chased Kira. 

"A couple of students say they saw her running across the field and back into the woods. Thank god nobody got hurt" Stilinski told us as we walked to the locker room.

"What happens if she does hurt someone," Stiles asked. 

"Then they'll most likely have to put it down" he told. 

"Put her down. Dad try not to forget there's a girl in there one that you'll be killing. Come on your not back to not believing are you" Stiles asked. 

"You know what I believe there are a lot of things I don't understand yet but that doesn't mean anything and everything imaginable is suddenly possible now are you 100% sure that this is a girl and not an animal" he asked.

"Yes because Scott's sure," Stiles told him as he looked down the hallway at Scott. 

"Scott you've been listening" Stiles asked knowing he could hear. 

We looked over at him and he nodded.

"Alright let's get this figured out. Come on" Stilinski said grabbing his arm and pulling him into the locker room.

"Dad seriously I'm okay," Kira told her dad as they stood in the locker room. 

Of course he was worried about her who wouldn't be of their kid almost got attacked by a coyote. 

"Why were you not heading to lunch like everyone else" he dad asked. 

"They left their bags. I was just trying to do something nice. You do something nice and you make friends or so I've heard" she said back. 

Scott looked down sadly after hearing what she said. 

"I'm gonna go talk to her and actually try to be friendly not like how I was to you on my first day" I told Scott with a laugh. 

"Yeah I would recommend not having your whole I hate you attitude towards here if you're trying to make friends" he said back. 

"Hey I didn't hate you I just didn't exactly like you" I said back before getting up and walking towards Kira. "Hey Kira I just wanted to say thanks for trying to bring me my backpack I have alot of important books in there and Stiles never seems to bring his home so he always has to use mine" I told her with a friendly smile. 

"No problem" she said back with a smile. 

"Kira was just saying she wanted to do something nice to make new friends" her dad added. 

"Well I'm always looking for some good friends, always hanging out with guys isn't a good thing. They could be pretty annoying sometimes" I told her and she laughed. 

"I'll just leave you girls to talk" he dad said walking away. 

"Come on let's go find somewhere quieter to talk and you can tell me about you and I'll tell you about me and the rest of your new friends" I told her and she smiled.
