A/N: I know I tell y'all to comment on every chapter, but I noticed a lot of y'all read my story and comment EVERY FLAW. I know my story is far from perfect but y'all don't have to comment every mistake I make. That's not the point of this story. I can take criticism, but don't get rude with it. Hell, it's my first story. Give me a break. I'm not that much of an experienced writer. Sorry, I had to get that off my chest. But please just chill out. Okay? Okay.

3 days later:
Graduation Day

"How do I look?" I asked my aunt/mom Selena. She looked up from her phone and gasped.

"You look beautiful. Like a Senior graduate." I smiled and looked at myself in the mirror. I had on my royal blue cap and gown. Under that I had on a black dress and some black and red heels. My hair was in spiral curls, and I had a but of makeup on.

"Thanks mom. Don't forget the ceremony start at 5:30." I reminded her. I heard a horn honk. "That's Odell. I'll see you later." I gave her a kiss on the cheek and carefully walked out.

Odell, Jarvis, Victor, Giana and I all decided to ride inside a car to the ceremony. The graduates had to get there earlier so we could practice at least one more time.

Odell got out his car and looked at me, "You look so fine." He hugged me. I smiled and kissed his lips.

"You do too." He took my hand and walked me to the passenger door. He opened the door for me and I sat down and thanked him.

I turned back to see Victor, Jarvis and Giana. "Hey guys." I waved at them.

"Hey Yvonnie." They all responded and smiled. Odell got inside the car and drove off.

"Alright good job guys!" Mr.Edwards said. We practiced for the 3rd time already. The ceremony starts in less than 30 minutes.

We all went to go sit down in our assigned seats while we listened to the valedictorian and salutatorian practice their speeches. I was a couple of seats down from Odell.

Odell stuck his head out and turned to me. He smirked and stuck his tongue out at me. I playfully rolled my eyes at him and sat back in my seat.

30 minutes later, the graduation ceremony finally started. We all did the pledge of allegiance, the national anthem, the ROTC did their thing and the superintendent/guidance counselors/principals already gave their speech. Now it was the valedictorian and salutatorian giving their speeches.

"As much as I've looked forward to this day, I've always disliked endings. Last day of summer, the final chapter of a good book, parting ways with a close friend. But endings are inevitable. Leaves fall, you close the book, you say goodbye. Today is one of those days for us. Today we say goodbye to everything that was familiar, everything was comfortable. We're moving on. But just because we're leaving, and that it hurts, there's some people who are so much a part of us, they'll be with us no matter what. They are our solid ground, our North Star. And the small clear voices in our hearts that will be with us...always." The salutatorian started tearing us. "Congratulations class of 2016, we made it."
