While i was waiting in the office for my mom , I got a Twitter notification * _realdesigner followed me on Twitter . I clicked on his avi to check who it was and it was Devin . I mean although it was a major age difference between us i really didn't care . He tweeted me " baby girl follow back " i replied " sure 🙃" . While I was on Twitter I didn't realize my mom walked in the office , she snatched my phone from me . I didn't even get time to follow back. I tried so hard to get it back because I had personal stuff in my phone , like my whole life story was in my phone .
My mom : why you going so crazy over your phone ?
Azure : because it's mine and it belongs to me
My mom : I bought it , I pay the bills so don't tell me shit .
my mom started going through my phone while we waited on the principal to get off the phone with a parent
My mom : so this the lifestyle you living on Twitter calling girls hoes and you on that ? where you got that bruise from on your face ?
Me : none of your business
My mom : Azure look at me right now ?
Me : what do you want ? Since when do you care about what goes on in my life ?
My mom : im your mother and when I ask a question I demand a response now I suggest if you don't want me to beat yo ass in front of everybody I suggest you tell me where you got that bruise from ? Who hit you ?
Thank God the principal came out and interrupted our conversation
My principal : Hello Ms.Coleman , im Mr.Dean the principal
My mom : Hello , Mr.Dean
Mr.Dean : follow me to my office
* my mom & I follow Mr.Dean to his office *
Mr.Dean : Now i have on file here that Azure has not been in school for the past month , which is not acceptable here  .
My mom : Azure why haven't you been in school ?
Me : idk
My mom : Azure look me in my fucking eyes right now and tell me where have you been the past month , when you've been lying to me telling me you're at school ? Ima ask you one more time .

i was so annoyed that i just stared at her

My mom : Azure its yo ass when we leave this school
Mr.Dean : well at this point this could lead to Azure getting expelled but i like her so here's what im willing to do Azure from now on you attend Saturday school till graduation to make up your days to get back on track to graduate .
My mom : thank you Mr.Dean i appreciate
Mr.Dean : anytime Ms.coleman
My mom : Azure tell Mr.Dean thank you
* crickets *
My mom : Azure please don't make me lose my temper act like you got some home training and say thank you
Me : * says thank you w/ a attitude *

At this point i didn't even care anymore . I was so frustrated with everything that i was ready for whatever .
As we were leaving the office i see Shaquavia walking down the same hallway as my mom & I .

Shaquavia : so this the real Azure when she in front of her mama ? such a joke
Me : i beat yo ass once I'll do it again
* my mom slaps me in front of shaquavia *
Mom : you think i fucking brought you to this school to show yo ass , you think you could fucking disrespect me ? you have no respect for me , you come home late , get dropped home late by some stranger , you lie to me about being at sierra's house , you don't attend school , not even on track to graduate and now you talking so disgusting in front of me . Azure I brought yo ass into this world and trust me im not scared to take you out this world .
Shaquavia: * laughs & walks away *
In my mind im at my breaking point im so annoyed and embarrassed . I never felt so embarrassed in my life before , sometimes i wish i knew my dad my mother doesn't understand me , she doesn't get it that at this point of being a teenager is stressful .
While my mom and I are on our way home , my phone continuously vibrates , my mom is so nosy , all im thinking in my head please let it not be Reggie omg please . my mom looks at my phone it says " my husband 💍 "
My mom : your husband huh ? well lemme answer and find out what's really going on .

* mom answers phone *
My mom : hello ?
Reggie : who the fuck is this ? is this Azure ?
My mom : no but i would like to know who's calling ? What do you have going on with my daughter ?
Reggie : listen just tell Azure on everything i will fuck her up if I don't get back my clothes that i bought her back .
* Reggie hangs up phone *
My mom slams breaks on her car
My mom : AZURE GET OUT MY CAR WALK HOME . EVERY 2 SECONDS ITS SOMETHING NEW . WHY IS SOME BOY BUYING YOU CLOTHES , THREATENING YOU ? AZURE IM SICK OF IT I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT YOU DO ANYMORE IM NOT EVEN SURE IF THIS IS THE AZURE I RAISED IM FRUSTRATED JUST GET OUT MY CAR !!!!!!!!
I just got out the car and slammed the door and she sped off . Tears started filling my eyes , i felt so alone , i just wanted comfort and company to keep me safe and tell me everything is going to be alright .
As i looked up i remember this neighborhood, I knew Devin stayed on one of these streets , bingo i seen the house because it's so big and it's hard to miss . As i got to his house i notice nobody was home i waited in front of his driveway for him to come home . * 4 hours later * still no Devin , like where could he be ? What could he be doing ? More likely who could he be with ? He had a chair sitting out on his porch so i decided to take a nap .
