I dedicate this chapter to Anna. Because she is the very first person to comment and vote in this story. I really waited a lot to dedicate you this chapter because it involves the city u love!! Here it is chère compatriote française :)

---------------------

It has been an hour now that I was searching for the perfect outfit for the tour with Yassin. And guess what? I haven’t found it yet.

I sighed, two dresses were in laid on my bed, front of me. I couldn’t make any choice, I’m an indecisive person when it comes to this things. If I could I’d were them both.

I had to make a choice, Yassin was probably ready, waiting for me.

So which one? The green with laces at the back or the blue one with little flowers at the top?

Suddenly my phone rang snapping me from my thoughts. I picked it up quickly, it was Samira.

“hey salam Samira” I greeted her.

“wa aleykum salam! So how are you lover girl? I missed you already!”

I sighed she was calling me that since I ‘married’.

“I told you not to call me that Samira and yes al hamdulilah I’m fine”

“Tel me how is Paris! Oh and how is Yassin?”

“To give you an idea, Paris is like New York concerning its rush but it’s more… how can I say that…”

“Oh more romantic, if that’s the word you were looking for” she said giggling

“No that’s not the word Samira. And between Yassin and I, it’s not what you think. We are just friends, you were the one who told me to befriend him, remember?”

“Yeah yeah I remember but that was before you two married” she replied slowly

I didn’t say anything, Samira was stubborn so trying to remove an idea from her head was impossible.

After a while she finally said,

“Aw come on Karen. You’re in Paris, you’d love each other soon. Paris is the city of love, isn’t it?”

What the hell was she thinking! We were not here for a…whatever she was thinking about but for Yassin’s work!

I rubbed my eyes and sighed.

“Look Samira, if you only called to tell me that, I’ll hang up right now because I have nothing to tell you”

“Okay okay but..we’ll talk about it later. I just called to have some news about you and all. You know? What best friends usually do.”

I chuckled,

“Okay well know that, I’m fine except that I don’t find the perfect dress for a tour in Paris”

I decided to tell her, I knew she was going to advise me well even after what she said.

“OOOOOh”

“Oh what?”

“I see” she slowly replied

“What do you see?” I asked slowly, raising my eyebrow.

“Nothing! Tell me which one you have in front of you right now” she exclaimed all of a sudden.

“hum so the green one with the laces at the back and the blue one with flowers at the top, which one do you think is the best?”
