Alex's POV

Tristan and I entered the house and his face was in awe. I went to the living room to see if the boys were in there. But when I entered I saw something that made Tristan and I's jaw drop.

My mom and dad were making out right in front of us.

"What the fuck!?" I screamed.

They both broke apart and stared at me with a shocked expression.

"Alex it's not what-" my dad started saying but I cut him off. 

"No just stop! I-I tell you everything and you asshole keep this from me!" I yelled. 

I was upset, angry, and sad. I looked at Tristan who clearly looked uncomfortable. Just then a knock was heard at the door and I knew it was Miles and Chewy.  

I grabbed Tristan's hand and opened the door to let them in. They came in and you could easily sense the tension in the room. I grabbed Chewy's hand and led them all to my room not caring that my mom was calling after me. 

When we arrived to my room, Tristan was in awe again. He looked funny doing that. I laughed quietly to myself and layed down on my bed. 

"Ok is it just me or can you feel the tension downstairs?" asked Chewy. 

"Ya what's going on Alex?" said Miles.  

Only Tristan knew what was going on, mostly because he just witnessed it himself. 

"Well Tristan and I came in to tell my parents about the whole X-Factor thing but when I came in I-I saw my mom and um and dad ma-making out on the couch." I said crying. 

"Aww come here." Miles said hugging me. I felt safe in his arms. Like nothing can't hurt me. The way his arms were protectively wrapped around me.

"Wait but didn't your parents break up like 2 or 3 years ago?" asked Chewy. 

"Exactly! That's why I don't get it!" I said.  

"Alex you should go talk to them." said Tristan. 

"I will but later." I said.

** Later At Dinner **

"So who were those boys that came in with you?" asked my dad. 

"It's none of your buisness." I said harshly. 

"It is my buisness. Your my daughter and I'm your father so I should know."  

"Yeah. Like I should have known about you and mom."

"Alexandra I'm your father! Don't talk to me like that! Understand!

"Well how about you start acting like a father!" I screaned at him and went upstairs.  

I sat on my bed just thinking. I hate my life. I mean besides the friends I have I dont see who cares. Why can't I just die? I heard a knock on my door. 

"Alex can I please come in?"  

It was my dad. I was in no mood to talk to him. But I owe him an explaination. 

I opened the door and he came in. We sat next to eachother on my bed. I don't know what happened but I just started crying on his shoulder. 

"I am so sorry daddy. I'm sorry I'm not the daughter you wanted. I'm sorry I self harm. I'm sorry I broke you and mom up. I'm sorry I throw up after I eat. I'm just sorry. I'm sorry!!" I cried. 

"Alexandra you aren't perfect but nobody is! I love you just the way you are. And when you came in and saw your mom and me I was going to explain to you that your mom and I are getting back together. We all love you so much! Everybody loves you! You are and always will be my baby girl." he said. 

"You and mom are getting back together!" I said happily. 

"Yes! Of course we are!" he said proudly.  

Finally my family is slowly getting back on track. Ah shit! I still have to tell him. 

"Um dad? Can I ask you something?" 

"Sure Alex, what's up?"  

"Promise you wont be mad?" 

He looked unsure but then said "I promise" 

"Okay so basically I went to audition for X-Factor, and I made it through bootcamp and judges house and I'm going to be in the live shows!" I said. 

"Alexandra Elizabeth Payne! Why didnt you tell me!" he said. 

"I dont know! I'm sorry daddy!" I said with my puppy eyes. 

"No not the puppy eyes!"  

I continued with my puppy eyes and he finally cracked. 

"Ugh look I'm happy for you but you should have told me!" 

"I know and I am so sorry."  

"It's okay but next time tell me. So I guess you have to pack for the live shows than." he said sadly. 

"Dad I'm still going to be in the same city!"  

He laughed and said "I know I know! I'm going downstairs to see what the boys and girls are up too. And your mom is moving back next week." 

"That's great but I'm tired so night! Love you!" I said kissing his cheek and giving him a hug. 

"Love you too babygirl."
