CHAPTER 24: "Christmas"

"Running from cameras again?"that voices make Byul who is having her own precious times after the party jump in shock. She turn around to see Suga already standing beside her, bring two cups of iced caramel macchiato and hand her a cup. She take it and thanks him.

"Kinda. Need some times alone, I think?"she answer.

"Well. Did you want me to left then?"Suga ask and ready to turn around.

"No. Stay."She half yelling. "I mean, if you want to."Shock at her own action, she try to ignore Suga who is now looking at her.

"I am your bias, huh. Hurm. Interesting." Suga say before take a sip on her own drink.

"What?"Byul ask, stuttering. Uncomfortable on the situation right now, she gulp down the coffee on the glass. She sure he will tease her about it.

"Well. Last I check, I'm pretty sure you got a huge crush on me."Suga's statement make Byul choke on her drink.

"What??!!!"She screams, loud enough to wake the other boys who already in their own room, sleeping.

"Keep your voices down!Did you want to wake others or what?"Suga ask, put his palm on Byul's lips. Byul shock at the sudden touch. She froze for few seconds before nod her head, a signal to for Suga to pull his hand off.

"Why are you so shock after all? I just joking."Suga say, chuckle. "Or, is it true?"Suga ask afterwards.

"What is true?"Byul ask him, didn't get what the elder means.

"Did you have a crush on me, Park Byul?"he ask again, in a calmer way. He looks up to the sky while Byul still confuse with the situation they are now.

She can feel her heart jump in amazement. 'That voice!The reasons she fell in love with him. That voice!Wait!I am not in love. Am I?'Byul thought to herself, didn't even answer Suga's question.

"What's that for??"Byul ask, groans in pain while rubbing her forehead when all of sudden Suga flicks her, snaps her away from her own thoughts.

"The punishment for calling me Sunbae." he say before walking away. 

"Ya!But, it just slip off from my tounge!"she say, making Suga return to her again.

"What did you call me just now?"he ask without any smile on his face.

"Op-ppa?"Byul stammering on her own word.

"Good girl." he say, ruffling Byul's hair. Byul keep her eyes down, didn't dare to make any eye contacts with the boy. Her face gradually started to get redder and redder. 

Suddenly, Suga snatch her drink on her hand.

"Oppa!!I still want to drink that!"Byul protest when Suga walk away with her drink.

"You are not allowed to drink this alone!"he say.

It's the first activity that they got after having their rest. They are now in the the dance room, practicing the new choreography for their song as they had to put Byul's part too. Every song had been re-arrange and re-record. Byul is not an official member yet, but, they assure her she will. 

"How's practice?" V ask, hand her a bottle of mineral and take a seat beside her after they having their practices. 

"It's hard, but, I feel great."she said after thanks him for the water.

"It's nothing really. If you'll really be one of us, you'll have to face the most thrill one as an idol."he say.

"What is it?"Byul ask.
