Song:Drive-Halsey
//////
The sun had set by now and still felt Robin's words echo throughout my head. I felt stupid.

I opened my house door and I saw my mother looking near to a mental breakdown. There were two police officers sitting down on the dining table and one was a woman that was patting my mother's shoulder reassuringly. When the door creaked closed. They all turned to me. "Oh Ethan", My mother gasped.

I internally groaned. It was barely passed seven o'clock and she calls the police.

"I've called more than twenty times," she gasped. "Even called your father. God knows you don't have a social life."

"Phone was probably on silent," I mumbled with annoyance.

Her eyes narrowed.

1 hour later...

I knocked my head on my desk in boredom. My mother took my phone and left me with nothing.

I finally stopped and sat in silence.

"I EITHER FEEL TIRED OR SAD OR NOTHING AT ALL"

Her words echoed through my head.

I dropped her off home. I knew she would still do it. And I was going to sneak in her house if she wouldn't let me in because this will be the last time she will commit suicide. It will.

Robin/

Frosting,
I don't need a man to make my life sweet.

Her words reflected the truth. I love Melanie Martinez. She sang about the truth of Society. I hummed along at her melodic voice that rang in my ears.

I stared off into the blue walls of my room. I was tired.

I headed over to the bathroom to brush my teeth but then I heard a knock on my window. I turned and saw Ethan waving at me. I hurried over with a smile as I opened the window. He stepped in and

"Sweet little white boy, how was your day?".

His dimples pierced his skin as he gave me a cute little smile. "Grounded", he huffed. I frowned. "It's only seven, your mother couldn't have been that worried," I replied sincerely.

I still cringed at my outburst at the forest.

He then grabbed both my hands "Can I?", he asked. I was confused.

"Sure, I guess," I replied uneasily with confusion.

"I lo-," I heard a scream interrupt him. His eyebrows rose as did mine. We bolted down stairs to see my mother putting a hand over her mouth in surprise as a tall brooding dark-skin man pierced his dark brown eyes into Robin's.

"W-who are you," Robin stuttered. The man gave her a hard sad look.

"I am your father."
