"Lucas, your a mess." Said Farkle. "Are you sure that you want to talk to her?"
"My dad said that getting to know her will help seperate them." Said Riley.
"Is it working?"
"No. She's exactly like her."
"Lucas. Don't do this."
"I have to."  The door to Topangas opened and Sophia stepped in.
"You wanted to talk to me?"
"Lucas does." They stood up and walked out as Sophia sat down on the bench.
"I'm sure that you've probably heard about Maya Hart." She was so grateful at that moment that he wasn't looking to see her finch at her own name.
"A few people have said that I look like her."
"Well, don't ask about her, but I've been kinda rude to you because you remind me if her."
"Oh, so you didn't like Maya."
"No, I did. She was a very close friend. Then I became rude to her the last few times I saw her and it just kinda freaks me out to see someone who looks just like her. I don't want to make that mistake of being again, so I would really like it if we could be friends."
"Ya. Okay."
"You wanna catch a movie then?"
"Works for me."
They went to the theater and watched a movie as friends.
"Can I walk you home?"
"I can get back myself."
"No way. It's night."
"You can walk me half way. My mom will flip if she see's you."
"How about I walk you to the door of the building?"
"Half way."
"Three quarters."
"Half."
"Four fifths."
"Half."
" three and a half fifths."
"Half."
"Three fifths."
"Half."
"Two and a half fifths. Oh wait."     Sophia laughed and they walked out.
Another two weeks passed and now, Maya was sitting on Lucas's couch with him as they watched finding nemo.
"Ya, you get your son!" Yelled Maya at the tv. Lucas laughed.
"You've never mentioned you father." Maya shrugged her shoulders. "You don't have to tell me if you don't want to but how come?"
"I never met him."
"Oh. I'm sorry for asking."
"Does it seem like it bothered me?"
"Not really."
"So don't be sorry."
"I'm gonna make some popcorn."
"Kay." Said Sophia, sitting up straight.
"I'm going to draw nemo." She said, pulling out her sketchbook. It made Lucas uneasy every time he saw it. He paused the movie and Maya drew until he was done with the popcorn. Then she shut it.
"Hey, I never saw it."
"You don't get to see it till I'm done. I'll finish it tomorrow."
"Fine."
