Mikasa stopped by her locker before going to History. It being the 'B' day rotation, she had the easy core classes.
The History teacher was Mikasa and Eren's childhood friend, Hanes. He wouldn't mind if she was a moment late.
When she went to her locker, there was a piece of paper. She grabbed end it before going to class.
Sasha was already waiting for her. She had a seat saved, it was in the right corner of the room by the door.
She sat down and opened the note, only to find an anonymous note.
"I really like you," Sasha read over her shoulder. "Oh! It's a mystery! You have to let me come over tonight to solve it!"
"I have class Sasha," Mikasa sighed. She was used to her friends tactics. She would be there all night cleaning out the fridge of all snack foods. Correct that, anything edible.
But Sasha was persistent. Mikasa couldn't focus on the movie all hour so she gave in.
Sasha was super excited. Her plan was to get a list of people that Mikasa was friends with and eliminate it from there, one problem, Mikasa doesn't have very many friends.

Jean went to his locker to find the paper. He had to throw it away before he does something stupid.
He frantically tore apart his locker when he couldn't find it.
"Marco, help me find this!" He exclaimed, beads of sweat dripping off his face.
Marco also joined the search, when a realization hit him.
"You were going fast," he paused. "Right?"
"Yeah, I had to hurry to my next class," Jean replied, "you don't think I put it in someone else's locker, do you?"
"That's exactly what I was thinking," Marco commented. "Just find out whose lockers are next to yours and ask if they found a paper that you lost."
"That won't work," Jean sighed. "Mikasa's locker is right next to mine. With my luck, she already has it."
Marco thought for a bit. He looked like he was struggling with himself.
"It may not be a bad thing," Marco finally said. "I mean, now she knows how you feel right?"
"Actually-"
"You would have never had the nerve to say something, this might be good," Marco continued.
"Marco-"
"This could be your chance!"
"Marco!"
"Yeah," Marco stopped talking.
"I don't think I signed it," Jean mumbled.
"Why not?"
"I was just going to scrap it, what's the point?" Jean sighed.
It could have been a big chance. If she was the one who got it, now she could pin it on anyone.
"Don't worry," Marco said. "Now you just have to talk to her verbally."

French class was easy. It was right after lunch, so everyone was on time.
Levi liked it that way. Another pro of having French 1 after lunch is his students almost always had their work done. Not accurately, but finished right before the bell.
Today being the second day, he would continue with the same plans he's done for awhile.
"Why are you taking French?" He asked the class. Their assignment would be to answer the question to the best they could in French.
Jean's answer was simple. He was French. Therefore his mom wanted him to speak the language. He didn't know how to say that in French.
Before Jean could unlock his phone, Levi added, "no translate apps."
Mikasa and Jean both sighed upon seeing that. Google translate always helped her when she needed it.
She got up from her desk and got a French-English dictionary and started finding the terms she wanted.
"That's a good idea," Jean said seeing her.
"There are more in the back of the room," she told him.
Finishing writing a few sentences she looked up as the five minuet bell rang.
She packed up, and was ready to leave right when the bell rang.
She wanted to get to musical theatre early. She needed to talk to the teacher about costuming.
They are doing Alice in Wonderland this year and Mikasa's mom (who is a seamstress) had costumes for a group of around fifty, and the theatre wanted to use them.
-
Jean was still in a daze. Why didn't he just throw the paper in the trash?
He has so not awake that he forgot what he was doing.
The late bell rang.
"Oh crap," he said sprinting to the theatre.
"I'm late, I'm late,"he mumbled. "I'm sorry!" He bowed his head and returned to his seat.
Rico marked down something on her clipboard before passing out papers.
It was a monologue. They were to memorize it for the audition the next day.
Mikasa thought about what parts she could possibly get.
Everyone at the school was great at singing, so Mikasa's average voice sounded bland.
She could act, but with her height the only part she could get would be Alice's older sister. That is, if the upperclassman didn't get the leading roles.
Mikasa's mind was now filled with lines and homework assignments. The note had slipped her mind.
Jean on the other-hand was super stressed. He thought for sure Mikasa could have had the note. He thought he knew.
He felt awkward. Occasionally in class he would look over at her, she looked so pretty and passionate when she was acting.
The bell rang, and his worries melted away.
Marco was right, maybe this couldn't be so bad.
