Looking in the mirror, Camelia couldn't help but smile as she admired herself in the off-the-shoulder half sleeves pleats A-line long dress that she had chosen; it was so much nicer than the dress that she'd married Ricardo in, she hadn't had much say in that.

This time was going to be different, Camelia couldn't believe that in a couple of hours she would be married to Cristiano; she was happy that they hadn't waited long to get married.

It had been an interesting planning the wedding and Cristiano had let her have things her way; they were keeping it simple and that was what they both wanted.

They had waited long enough for this moment and now they finally got to have it, there was no one around to stop them this time.

Camelia took a deep breath as she touched her dress, her fingers moving along the soft material knowing that it was only a matter of time until she saw Cristiano again; he had the boys with him while he prepared for their wedding.

It made Camelia smile when she saw Cristiano with Junior and Mateo; she never thought she would see this and she hoped that they would be okay.

It was still a sore spot that she would never be able to give Cristiano another child, Camelia doubted that she would ever be okay with that but she did have two beautiful sons to be thankful for.

She didn't care what anyone else would think of the situation, Camelia was marrying Cristiano because she loved him and that was all that mattered to her.

They had been through so much and they were doing what they wanted for once, they both knew that this was what they had both always wanted.

Trying to ease her mind, Camelia moved about the room trying to ease her mind knowing that she couldn't wait to become Cristiano's wife; she didn't know what she would have done if she'd had to continue just being his mistress.

Cristiano couldn't keep the smile off his face as the priest married him and Camelia, it was everything that he had ever wanted and he didn't care that his family weren't there to share in this moment.

There was no way that he would ever allow his mother to get her claws into Camelia, she had done enough damage by having Cristiano marry Catalina and he would never forgive her for that.

"You look beautiful," Cristiano murmured to Camelia, he wasn't paying much attention to the priest as he talked; his full attention belonged to Camelia like it always was.

While Cristiano would have loved to have seen her in a white dress, the dress that she had chosen was simply beautiful and he was sure it would look even better on the bedroom floor later on.

Camelia blushed, it was slowly starting to sink in that this was actually happening; she never imagined that she would be a bride again after her marriage to Ricardo but there was no one else in the world she would rather marry than Cristiano.

Squeezing Camelia's hand, Cristiano smiled pleased that it had all worked out and he couldn't imagine ever losing her again; they had been through so much to even get to this point.

The guests had been kept to a minimum and Cristiano prepared it that way, he didn't want anyone knowing that they were married until it was done.

That way no one would be able to stop them, Cristiano could only imagine what his mother would have done if she had been here; she would have made the entire day about her and he wouldn't allow it.

Cristiano hadn't spoken with her since she had pleaded with him for Hugo's life, however she was still accepting the money that was sent for her to have a comfortable life by the beach.

His sisters also hadn't spoken to him seemingly taking their mother's side in what had happened, Cristiano honestly couldn't bring himself to care anymore.

"I now pronounce you man and wife," the priest announced making Cristiano grin, he had been waiting for this moment all day; he had waited long enough for this moment and he was done waiting now.

Camelia smiled back, she couldn't help but feel like finally everything had come full circle for them; they had both wanted this for so long but had been forced to wait because of other people.

"You may now kiss the bride," the priest said stepping back as Cristiano pulled Camelia into a kiss, he held her close knowing that he would never let her go again; he was going to make sure she never wanted for anything again.

It also meant that Junior and Mateo were officially Cristiano's heirs, they would be set to inherit when their father passed away more than anyone else and the marriage meant that if anything happened to him that Camelia would be cared for.

Camelia smiled into the kiss, she wrapped her arms around his neck and held onto him wanting nothing more than to enjoy this moment.

No longer was she, Camelia Falco or Camelia Silva and she could finally put all that behind her; she was Mrs Camelia Aveiro and she had waited long enough to become that person.

"I love you," Cristiano breathed pulling back away from Camelia, he cupped her face before he kissed her again knowing that it was all going to be okay.

There was no one in this world that would take Camelia from him now, no one would be able to call his two sons bastards and Cristiano was relieved that it had worked out the way that it had.

Camelia was everything that Cristiano had wanted and he didn't care if she could never give him another child, they had two perfect sons and that was enough for him.

The celebrations lasted long into the night with more people invited to celebrate the wedding than the actual ceremony; Cristiano was almost relieved when he finally had his new wife to himself.

"Have I told you how beautiful you look?" Cristiano murmured kissing Camelia, his hands eagerly helping her out of her dress; the boys had long since gone to bed and he was glad to have Camelia alone.

Mateo was slightly clingy when it came to his mother recently and Cristiano was just glad that the maids could handle him for the night while he was with Camelia.

"Once or twice," Camelia replied just as eager to get Cristiano out of his clothes as he was to get her out of her wedding dress; she couldn't imagine she would ever get used to having him to herself.

Cristiano chuckled allowing the dress to pull at her feet, he pulled Camelia flush against him and grinned down at her; she was beautiful and he doubted he would ever do better.

"You are beautiful... ever... last... bit... of... you," Cristiano mumbled between kisses, he moved them towards the bed knowing that he would forever regret his hasty actions that had nearly killed her but he would spend the rest of his life making it right.

Camelia pulled Cristiano's lips back to her own, there was no point on dwelling in the past when they were meant to be looking to the future; she would do anything for him and always would.

Removing the rest of their clothes, the newly married couple continued to kiss and they couldn't imagine what would happen for them next.

They only knew that the next week would be about them until Cristiano was expected to return to his duties; they would just have to enjoy the time that they had together.
