"Congratulations, it's a little girl," Matias said handing over the newborn to her father, the labour had been a quick one and he was pleased with how it had gone; Camelia was recovering well now.

Cristiano couldn't keep the smile from his face as he looked down at his little girl, he couldn't believe it and he was sure she would look just like her mother when she was older.

The last few months had been far from easy for them and Cristiano knew that he hadn't been the easiest person to deal with while he got used to the fact that he had lost one of his hands.

Camelia had been amazing and Cristiano knew that anyone else would have left him alone in dealing with all of this; he was just grateful that everything had worked out for them.

Emperor Carlo had been very generous with offering of titles and had even gone as far as to promote Cristiano since he could no longer fight with one hand missing; he had promoted Cristiano to Commander after everything that he had done for the empire.

"She's perfect," Cristiano whispered cuddling his daughter close, he couldn't wrap his head around the fact that she was finally here; he wasn't entirely sure how her to older brothers would react to her.

Camelia nodded her head with a tired smile, it had been an interesting day and she was just pleased that little Hazel had arrived right on time when they had expected her to.

While the last few months had flown by, Camelia was just pleased that everything had calmed down in time for Hazel to be born; she couldn't imagine how much mess it would have been if her little girl had been born a few months earlier.

"Do you think Junior and Mateo will like her?" Camelia asked softly, she watched her husband with their daughter; it was the first time in a while that things had seemed so calm around them.

She was very aware that Junior had wanted another baby brother and he would be surely upset to learn that he had a baby sister instead; Camelia dreaded to think how he would react when he learnt the truth.

"I think they'll adore her," Cristiano replied while Matias left them alone, he shifted Hazel in his arms and whispered softly to her knowing that he couldn't have asked for anything better.

He kissed the top of Hazel's head and whispered to her, he wanted nothing more than to celebrate this moment; they had come so far in the two years since they had been reunited.

Cristiano had never imagined that things would ever work out this way for the two of them, it had felt like the world was against them at one point and now it had all worked out.

Nothing had ever compared to the feeling that he had when he was with his family, Cristiano was just grateful that his promotion meant that he could spend more time with them.

He was still annoyed that his mother had attempted to steal his children's inheritance from them when he was a hostage; something that he could never forgive her for.

It had seemed only fair that he returned the favour and Cristiano had taken away everything that he had paid for; it had left Dolores practically homeless and he couldn't bring himself to care anymore.

Cristiano wanted to protect his family and he would do anything to ensure that they would be cared for should anything ever happen to him; Junior, Mateo and Hazel were everything to him now.

Looking at Camelia, Cristiano couldn't help but smile at the sight of her sleeping; he leant forward and kissed her head pleased that they had gotten to this point in their lives.

They had three beautiful children and Cristiano was sure that now they would have the peace and quiet that they wanted and they would be able to focus on building their lives and raising their children together.

THE END.
