18- Truth

Dove's POV
"No! No!" I yell. He died. Ryan died. "See I told you never to love anything. There's nothing good in the world. Everyone dies." Blake says. I start crying.
"Chloe! Chloe!" I hear and someone shaking me. I open my eyes and I'm laying in bed with Ryan looking down at me. "Wha-at." I start. "Come here." He says and picks me up. I cry into Ryan's chest and hold onto his shirt. "Please don't leave me." I whisper. Ryan's caught of guard. "Why would I do that?" He asks. "Cause everyone that loves me leaves. That's the truth." I whisper. Ryan pulls away. "Chloe. I'm never ever going to leave you. I can see myself being with you...forever because I truly honestly love you." He whispers. I hug him again and he hugs back. "Trust me. We've been through so much together and I want to go through more with you. I could see myself marrying you and starting a family." He says. I can't help, but smile. "Now. You wanna go have some fun?" Ryan asks. "It's like 2am." I say. "I know." He says smiling. I smile at him and nod. He kisses me quickly and then changes his shirt. I change in the bathroom and put my hair in a ponytail. I come out and Ryan now has on jeans and his shoes. I put on my shoes and Ryan opens his window. I smile and follow him out. He climbs down then jumps. I follow him and he says "Jump." I shake my head and hold onto the house. My foot slips and I fall. I scream and close my eyes. I feel gentle arms being wrapped around me and open my eyes. Ryan chuckles and walks out of his yard carrying me bridal style. He caught me. I smile at him and he puts me down. He takes my hand and we start walking. "Where are we going?" I ask. "Somewhere." He says. I shrug and follow him. "Here." He says. I laugh lightly. It's a park. There's a slide, swing and monkey bars. "Why are we at a playgrond?" I ask. "Why not?" Ryan asks climbing up the later. I shrug and follow him. We each slide down the slide and then swing. "This is nice." I say as we swing. "Jump!" He shouts and we both jump off the swing and laugh. "Come on." Ryan says and takes my hand. Ryan helps me climb a tree and sits beside me. I cuddle against him and look at the stars. I yawn and ask "What time is it?" "6am." Ryan says and the sun starts to rise. "We better get going." Ryan says and helps me down. He climb back up to his window and I'm so tired I take off my shoes and fall onto Ryan's bed. Ryan chuckles and does the same. He pulls me close and I fall asleep.
I wake up to Ryan shuffling around the room in only his boxers. I guess I was staring because Ryan smirks and asks "Like what you see?" I burry my head in the pillow and Ryan sits beside me. "I was just changing." He says. I nod and he smiles. I can't help but smile too. I didn't realize how strong Ryan is. He stands up and puts on pants and walks out of the bedroom. I put my hair up and follow. "Hey kids. I thought you weren't ever going to get up." Mr. McCartan says. Ryan and I smile and eat breakfast. "You guys slept forever it's already 2." Ms. McCartan says. I look over at Ryan who is shoving his face with pancakes literally. "Gosh. You eat like a dinosaur." I say. Ryan smiles and swallows his food. "You need help?" Ryan asks moving his head and biting a piece of pancake off my fork. "Stop!" I say and lightly hit him. "Eat your own food." I say. "Alright." He says clearing his plate. He puts his arm around me and watches me eat. After I finish we hang out and play guitar and sing.

Ryan's POV
I pull Dove onto my lap and put the guitar in her lap. I reach my arms over her and start playing. We both sing a long. After awhile Chloe gets quiet and I look down to see she's asleep. I blush and put the guitar down. I kiss her forehead and pick her up bridal style. I carry her to my room and put her in my bed. I kiss her cheek and whisper "I love you." Then I cover us up and fall asleep too.
