Second Chance Mate...Maya(On Hold)

We are back to SilverMoon pack house. We came back on Saturday only because of some urgent work Idk what it is but everyone was quite upset for cancelling our picnic and rushing back to pack house. Only Alpha and his dad know the exact reason of coming back but from the time we have arrived here all the gents of the family have secluded themselves to their office. Pack Business... Pheww.....

You people must Be thinking what happened between me and Alpha Neil. Let me tell you its nothing. Or should I say nothing romantic. He said nothing after our little interaction in car. I don't know whether I am day dreaming or what but I think he has been a little a tiny bit little soft towards me after leaving me alone there and coming back.  But I can be wrong also !

As far as Drew and Mrs Blaire are concerned I am avoiding all there questions of mine and Alpha superb car ride alone. Note my sarcasm.

"Maya, come there is a meeting in assembly hall lets go." Jacob says.

"Ohh..ok...should I come ?"

"Yes that's what I am saying." Jacob says in a duahh tone.

Hall was full of people every pack member is present. Whatever announcement it is, its going to be very important. I looked for Drew and found her standing with Ariel so I moved towards her.

"May I have attention of all of you !" Neil voice filled the hall.
Everything went dead silent everyone focused for his next words.

I looked at him and my heartbeat speeds up. Why he has this kind of effect on me. He was wearing navy blue polo neck formal shirt with dark grey trouser and was looking drop dead gorgeous. I mean he always looks handaome but best in formals. He looks sexy in them.

" Thankyou....As you all know in December we were going to have SPW Territory Annual Visit here but to due to some unforseen circumstances this visit has been preponed. Its now going to be have next week here."
As soon as Alpha Neil says this whole hall fills with gasps and whispering whereas I was having no idea about this SPW thing. Alpha then again continues

"I know we have very small amount of time for all the preparations but I know very well that our pack is capable of doing all the arrangements in given time. I along with other members of board have prepared the module of how we are going to function, peoples are divided into groups and duties have been alloted to each group.
Lets just work together and make this event a success. Dismiss."

With that said he left with others towards his office. I noticed people, all of them were excited especially girls. They were laughing, singing and complaining how less time they have for preparations. I moved towards Drew and others...

"Hey Gals...what just happened ? What is meant by SPW and what about annual meet ?"

Looking at my confused face Drew and Ariel started laughing. Drew is ok but I was surprised with Ariel sudden laughter burst. She hardly talks to me...hell she hardly talks to anyone.

Seeing that I am paying attention towards her Ariel stopped in between. "Oh....sorry for that Maya...actually SPW Territory are most respectable among us werewolves. See the thing is their are many werewolves who are rouges by birth or by circumstances then their are some who want to be alone instead of in any pack and create their own identity, so if these kind of wolves survive themselves till the age of seventeen without getting caught or being murdered by any other pack then they can apply for SPW Territory. It stands for Star Pack Warriors Territory."

My mouth forms an O shape. I never heard of them before here.

"Yes SPWT comes direct under council. They take certain tests of those who apply their and verify their background, if a person gets green signal then he or she has to go through extreme hard training to become star pack warriors. Some people quit during training only because they can not go through that much pressure. But those who survive becomes SPWT holder.

They get many advantages by council like they can freely rotate in any other pack territory without any permission, no one can ask them any question not even Alpha. They are strong , powerful, civilised etc etc."

When she finished I was like OMG these people are strongest species in werewolves. I want to see them but still I have one question

"What about their annual meet ?"

"Wellll...they move once in a year to few packs to find their mates. This year they will come to our pack many other packs will also come.
You know its really very fortunate to be a SPW holder mate." Maya answered my question.

Its lot to intake so basically we are going to have a party. Good ....for some time Mrs Blaire and Drew will be occupied by some other things. But as I told you how unlucky I am because of Drew's next words

"So Maya lets go to Mom's room she wants to talk to you."

I looked at her and her sheepish smile told me they have planned something. Oh God...no...I really don't want to make fool of myself again in front of Alpha Neil but who is going to make thsese two ladies understand this. I reluctantly followed her.

"What's the plan?" I asked Drew

"What plan ? Idk anything."

"Don't act smart Drew I knew you along with your Mom is planning something."

"Here we are... Lets move in." Drew said stopping in front of Mrs Blaire door.
I gave her my best puppy face but she refused to look at me. Fine now my best friend is not with me. She opened the door after one knock and gestured me to move in.

"Oh...Maya dear come...come inside...how are you doing today ?"  Mrs Blaire lovely voice chirped and she gave me a light hug.

"Fine Mrs Blaire. You called me."

"Yes dear...I have a perfect plan for you to attract Neil's attention."

I swallowed my saliva nervously. All their past plans have failed till now. God knows what she is planning now.

"Wha...What it is Mrs Blaire ?" I asked nervously.

She looked at Drew who smiled evilly then back at me
"Dear...this works on all male werewolves it is called as......JEALOUSY"

Sorry for late update and I know this chapter sucks but I promise next chapter will contain lots of drama and it won't take too long to publish.
