Maya POV :

"Are you okay ?" Mikh asked leaning on my doorframe.

"Yeah..Why you asked so ?"

"Because from last 5 minutes you are brushing your hair continuously at same place and didn't notice me also standing here." He said confidently.

I sighed and turned around in my dressing stool to face him
"I am not feeling well Mikh I thin-"

Like a thunder bolt he was kneeling down in front of me and I wasn't even able to blink my eye. Damn these werewolves sometimes I am very jealous of them.

"What happened ? Are you experiencing any pain ? Wait a sec...Are you taking your medicines properly Maya ?"
Did I ever tell you that Mikhail loves asking questions. Questions Questions and lots of questions.

I again took a long breathe and turned towards mirror again and started brushing my hair. Oh...how I wish sometimes for a girl in this home ! Because both these guys are crazy.

Mikhail frowned "I asked you something Fruity, you are supposed to answer me."

"Fine.Yes I am taking my medicines, I am taking them from last one and a half year. They have become a part of my life now." I snapped.

Mikhail was surpised, he looked at me frozen definitely not expecting this type of answer from me. God ! I took out someone's else anger on him. What is happening to me ?

He took slow steps towards me.

"I am sorry Mikh, I am sorry. I didn't mean to shout on you. By not feeling well I meant I am not feeling emotionally well not physical one. I am -"

Before I can continue he hugged me tightly
"Shhh..Shhh baby girl...Shhh...I got you. I am here. Be quiet. Take deep breaths."

I did what I was commanded and strangely it helped me to calm down. Mikh was stroking my hair slowly just the way I like. After few minutes I pulled away.

"How are you feeling now ?" He asked calmly.

"Much light headed."

"Good. Wanna say something ?"

"Mikh I am not feeling well from today morning like something is not good. Its really strange... Idk...how to explain it to you. I never felt like this from so long...I thought I was recovering...I swear I was taking all those medicines on time as well. But...But.."

I am really confused how to explain it to Mikhail although I am very sure he understands everything without my words.

"Its okay sweety. Its okay. Everything's gonna be alright. Do you wanna rest ? If you want we can skip this dinner at Drew."

For a second I really liked his proposition of skipping the dinner but then sad face of Drew popped in front of my eyes. She is always complaining me these days that I am not giving proper time to her, that Max and Mikh have taken her place in my life and blah blah blah... in short she'll again collect so many complaints for me if I skip her dinner but then again Alpha Neil will be there and I am trying my best to ignore him from our last encounter, God knows how that man has capability to make me cry everytime.

"Hello..Earth to Maya !!" Mikh voice boomed.

"Yeah..Yeah..I was thinking of your offer. I think we will go but will return ASAP. Okay ?"

"If thats what you want." Mikh said beaming with a sly smile.

"Where is Max ?"

"He will directly come to her place from office, he had some tasks to finish."
