We all know how to find the books with millions of reads, just look at the 'What's hot' section of each genre.
But to find those undiscovered books you may have to delve deeper. My advice, look for reading lists that contain a lot of unknown books. People make reading lists of books that they love or think look interesting. Reading lists that contain undiscovered books will tend to have the really good undiscovered ones, the ones that really stand out as amazing.
You could also look at the 'undiscovered' section of each genre but these tend to have books in them that stretch all the way to the 30k mark in reads. That is not undiscovered!
