With all this new multimedia stuff on Wattpad, more and more writers are having songs to accompany their chapters. These songs add a slight atmosphere to the book and may enhance the reader's overall reading experience.
But sometimes finding songs that link/ relate to your chapters may be difficult. An easy way to find a song that links to your chapter is to think about what the main theme is in your chapter, it could be love, heartbreak or loss etc. Now that you have an idea of the theme for your chapter, you can go onto something like Spotify or YouTube and find songs that are linked to love etc.
Sometimes, songs will sum up chapters completely but that may not always be the case. In chapters where either not a lot happens or it's difficult to find songs, just find music that can be applied to multiple scenarios e.g music with little lyrics, music that creates an atmosphere rather than a scenario etc.
