TRINITY'S P.O.V.

Alison and John have been pretty steady for the past semester. They still haven't even shared their first kiss. Aw! Faith and Chad are dating now. They've been dating for a month, but you'd think they've been dating for two years by...listening to them. They make out all the time; I'm afraid Chad might swallow her one day! As for me and Brandon? Well...we've held hands. Coincidentally, our schedules didn't even change for the new semester. We were out of college for two weeks, so what better way to celebrate early Christmas than going to the beach?! That's right. The six of us were headed to Daytona Beach, Florida!! Usually, our families vacation in California, so it's good to have a more urban, relaxing vacation!

"What if he doesn't ask me out? I bet he'll ask out some beach whore rather than me..." I pouted as I shoved my last pair of shoes in my bag. I had packed 5 pairs of shorts, a pair of jeans, PJ's, panties, bras, Nike pros, a sports bra, regular bras, two bikinis, a straightener, a wand, toms, running shoes, 2 heels, and 3 party dresses.

"Wait! Where's your makeup?!" Faith asked. Ignoring her, Alison was a little more considerate.

"Trin, isn't it obvi he's going to romantically ask you out on the beach? Hullo?! I wish John and I had waited till now!" Al looked totes adorbs. Her hair was flawlessly pulled up into a messy bun, and small headband pushing her hair back, her lashes her coated with a nice layer of mascara, she was warmly dressed in an old hoodie that John gave her at a cold football game, she was wearing jeggings, and finished the look off with some brown Uggs. Illinois is cold as balls in the winter.

"Well yeah. That's just it! 'What if?' What if he DOESN'T!?!?!?!" I was freaking out.

"Trin, you're freaking out. Like you said, 'What if?' That's just a possibility!" Al assured.

"What am I? Chopped liver?" Faith interrupted.

"No. You're Faith," Al remarked sarcastically.

"Lol haha. Where's your mak-"

"Here. In my makeup case traveler box thing. Like. ALWAYSS!" I answered.

"Oh. Okay!" Faith returned to shoving a single heel whose pair was lost in her mess of a bag. Faith was makeup free, hair braided to the side, sweatshirt over a tank top, white skinny jeans, and black Uggs.

I zipped my bag to secure my items then I slid a hoodie over my head covering my relay for life t-shirt, made sure my fly was up on my skinny jeans, and slid on my brown Uggs. I re-secured my pony tail and put on my zebra head wrap to keep my ears warm. Then, Alison's phone rang.

"Hello?" she answered her white iPhone.

"Yeah, we're ready......okay.....okay. We'll be there soon! Haha, alright, love you too! Bye!" she put her phone back in her hoodie pocket.

"Well?!" Faith answered impatiently and she was zipping her over loaded bag.

"They're ready! Let's go hit up the beach!!!"

"Babe, can we go to Starbucks? I need a hot chocolate pronto!" Alison asked. We were taking a rental car...or van, to the beach. John was driving, Al was passenger, Brandon sat behind him, I sat behind Al, and same with Chad and Faith.

"Sure! Anyone else want anything?" John said as he pulled up to a drive thru window.

"I'll take a hot chocolate, too!" I informed him.

"Hi, I'd like three venti hot chocolates, please?" John ordered.

"That'll be twelve eighty four," the box spoke.
