BRANDON'S P.O.V.

Song of the chapter: Crash My Party by Luke Bryan

I don't know what to think anymore. I feel like things are changing so quickly, just like always. Our freshman year of college has just ended and we're all about to go on vacation in a week. It's insane. We're going to Venice, Italy. Needless to say, Trinity is stoked because she's always wanted to go to Venice.

Tonight, I didn't have any plans. I was with some family until tomorrow in Alabama. I had decided to take a stroll by the beach; Orange Beach to be exact. I had my hands stuffed into the pockets of my light blue shorts, showing off my arms in a "Gulf Shores" tank top, and I was wearing my Sperrys. It was about 7:30, so it was nice and breezy.

I plopped myself in the sand just to admire the beauty of everything I saw. It was hard to take it in, all at once with everything on my mind.

"Hey," a voice said shyly in my mind. Trinity.

Gosh, how I miss her.

"I miss you too," she giggled.

It was weird that I could communicate with her like this, but I secretly liked it. I can hear her voice, and sometimes when she thinks of me, I can hear her breathing, and even that is just really satisfying.

Hours later, about midnight I came back home. The only thing I really seemed to miss out on was a never ending game of Uno. I casually walked up the stairs into my room...well, my aunts guest room. I flipped the light switch, but something wasn't right. My room smelled like Beautiful Day perfume by Bath & Body Works and I only know of one girl who wears that perfume.

I tore off the blankets from the bed and sure enough, there lied Trinity, a grin upon her face wider than the Grand Canyon.

"Surprise!" she whisper shouted.

"Yeah...definitely," I ran my hand through my hair. I know I said that I missed her, but now, more than ever, I would love some time to myself.

Just as Trinity was about to ask a question, a white light flashed twice from outside the bedroom's window.

I looked confused and so did Trinity, but we both knew we were about to go outside on an early morning adventure. I reached for her hand, but as quickly as I grabbed it, I released.

"Ow!" I whispered yelled. It felt like the burning sensation of ice and salt on your skin, or an electric shock, or even touching a hot pan. It kind of turned me on. I smirked at the thought and knew I could ponder upon it as I led the way in case the light came from some robbers.

As Trinity closed the door, we made our way to the side of the house in which the light came from. I was pushing branches and other tree parts out of the way, when I realized that my aunt lives in town and not by a forest.

"Brandon?" her sweet voice rang.

"Yeah?" I asked, curious as to why all these trees were now her.

I waited for her to ask a question, but she stood silent. I looked at her, and she was pointing.

There it stood, behind the familiar trees, as if it had never moved. The gazebo, from Illinois, was here in Alabama, beside my aunts house...in ALABAMA.

Guys...we have a problem... I kelted to the squad.

Yeah...the gazebo is in my dad's back yard! Al replied, mortified. From that point, everyone was kelting about how the gazebo was in their back yard and how they were confused, so Trinity and I decided to just enter it since we couldn't help the magnetic pull. We went to our side and dozed off, but when we woke up, things were different.

The element of shock was completely gone, we felt 100% energized, and when we took about twenty steps away from the gazebo, the forest, including the gazaebo itself, disappeared.

Sorry I haven't updated & even more sorry about this short update, but I just thought I'd let you all know that I'm still alive and didn't die flying. I suppose I'm better at writing stories in a foreign country without service, because it took me forever to write this and it's not that good. Weird things are gonna happen soon and the stories almost finished. I've been writing this story for almost a year & it's DEFINITELY my favorite one that I've ever written. Thanks for being patient with me and for those who have been reading this story from day one, I love you😘

PS. My bae from El Salvador called me cute, so I guess you could say things a getting serious. 😏
