It's been two days now. Two days ago, the doctors came out telling us he would survive, but he couldn't be under any stress and he couldn't do any work. My dad was checked out yesterday, we took him home and I agreed to stay in California for a month. I was standing at the entrance of the hotel now, bidding the 5SOS boys and my friends goodbye. Kathy and I have become unbelievably close, but not as close as I was to Renna and Kiyah. Luke was always with me for those past two days too. I could feel my heart wanting to open up to him again, but I promised myself I wouldn't bring down the walls I built around my heart.

"Bye Guys." I was hugging Renna and Kiyah tight, since I already hugged Natalie and Kathy.

"Take care." Calum came and gave me a hug. I may have held on longer than I should've because he said, "Don't worry. I always have my phone."

I walked over to Michael and hugged him. "Thanks for being a big brother." I chuckled. "I'm gonna miss having you around on tour." Michael said as he messed up my hair.

I turned to Ashton who was holding Chloe. Chloe had Ashton's smile, Renna's eyes, Ashton's curly hair, but gained the blonde hair from her mother.

"Bye Ash and Chloe." I said and hugged them. Chloe pulled at my hair and giggled uncontrollably. I smiled warmly at the child.

"Aria, don't do anything stupid without me." Ashton said. "Yes dad." I teased. "Good." Ashton laughed.

"Call me and tell me everything that's going on with you okay?" Luke said when I hugged him. I nodded my head. "Thank you so much for being there." I said. I felt his grip tighten around me. "That's what best friends are for." Luke softly whispered.

"Luke we have to go." Michael called. I let go of Luke and he smiled at me again. "See you soon." He said. I waved bye to all of them.

They all climbed into the tour bus and I watched them drive away. I turned away and walked to the parking lot that Kenneth was parked at. I got into the car and took a deep breath.

"This is the start of something new. No more drama. Just focus on the future." I thought to myself.

*one month later*

My family was well a good when I left. Dad was stronger than before, and mom was much happier. Kenneth seemed younger and so did Melissa. Maria was growing taller by the minute, but she would always be the little girl that I came to love.

I was now sitting in my apartment in my room, flipping through the channels as I unpacked my things.

When I got off the plane, Luke was rambling on about his wedding plans with Kathy. Time flies by so quickly. They're already getting married 4 days! I was happy that Luke was happy. But I was always getting a feeling, as if he was pulling me to him, but I just shrugged it off.

"Aria! We have to be at the venue in 30 minutes! Hurry up." Kiyah said on the other side of my door.

"Alright I'm coming." I replied.

Despite the fact that I was only wearing my Ramones shirt with black jeggings, I still went out.

"Finally." Kiyah laughed. "Shut up, let's just go." I said.

We reached the place where the wedding was going to be held. Kathy wanted the wedding to be nature themes, so the wedding was in a park.

So many lilac flowers everywhere. They hung from the archway that the bride would walk under, and the pots were filled with a mix of lilacs and jasmine flowers.

The chairs were wrapped around in white lace, all evenly spread out. The carpet itself was white too.

It was magnificent.

I saw Luke and Kathy holding hands as they walked around the place, showing Calum, Natalie, Renna, Ashton, and Michael, around.

"We're here!" Kiyah announced. Michael walked over and wrapped his arms around Kiyah. "Can you believe this will be us one day?" I heard Michael ask Kiyah. "I can't even wait." Kiyah said excitedly.

After going through many hugs, we went out to eat.

Kiyah, Renna, Natalie, and I weren't going to be bridesmaids since Kathy already took care of that. Calum was asked to be the best man, and how could he say no to his best friend.

I could tell Luke was excited too. He was sillier than usual, wearing his sunglasses upside down and things like that.

I felt the urge to kiss him right then and there, but I couldn't m. I had a wall to protect, and hrs getting married.
