Started reading this and I love it! I've never spotted a spelling mistake, so that's a little ticky for Grammar Nazis like me out there.

The romance between Flo and Zac is just so real. It's sweet and slow, yet still maintains the mischief and fun that I expected in a teen romance.

This novel holds many serious themes but somehow keeps it lighthearted. That's not to say it doesn't take things seriously, because it does. It's a perfect coming of age story for all teenagers and young adults. I've been addicted since page one and can't put it down, except for writing my praise down though.

The author also makes the most realistic characters there is. The inner turmoil of Flo is so real, you almost completely immerse yourself into it. The author doesn't just write down how a character feels to get it to match up to what happened to them - but she also somehow makes the reader connect; to relate to and to feel. While it most certainly isn't a sad emotional story, it certainly portrays realistic factors and elements.

I don't think a story is always about the plot - it's how the story is told or written. Every reader experiences it differently, but for me, I absolutely love The Badboy's Dancer and can't seem to see why it isn't as popular as it should be. It was captivating, realistic and still had the perfect portrayal of a BadBoy.

I give an overall rating of
5 out of 5
