Ok, when you read this title, don't immediately think of 'Charming in Handcuffs' (another Wattpad book) because it's in a completely different context. If you've reached this far in my review book, you should know that I like refreshing concepts and ideas in books.
The main idea of the book is of a girl who knows what she wants and needs to prove it, which is her dream to become an FBI agent, while going through the struggles of adolescence and school. Most especially when she unknowingly helps the most wanted man in the United States.
Insert the bad boy, or man in this case. Unlike 'Charming in Handcuffs', the bad boy is an adult and recently moved into town as her new teacher with strangely familiar eyes. Along comes another guy who acts even more suspiciously and starts to appear everywhere Sophia goes. Who is the most wanted criminal she accidentally helped escape?
Interestingly, this is probably one of the only books on Wattpad where the 'bad boy' isn't exactly specified - you don't know who he is just as much as Sophia doesn't know either. It serves for an interestingly dynamic plot with a plethora of mystery and sleuthing.
Sophia is most definitely an interesting protagonist - she has a goal set in her mind, much like the many other female protagonists in other works of worldgirlalways.
And just for reassurance for you doubtful readers out there, just read the synopsis and you'll want to find out more.
I have to be honest, writing this review was easier than The Original Bad Boy because there are more chapters. But yes, I give ticks to grammar, spelling, plot and pace!
