   Here she was walking down to the center of Inkopolis to check out her new home, Until of course her being the new kid being noticed by others who were far more experienced and fresher than her. Mira was currently walking into a Cafe one of the hottest spots called Lagoon Hut, It was peaceful with splattered lanterns around a fairly large hut . A large lobster ran the hut serving drinks and meals to everyone, Mira being impressed walked up to him looking at the menu and ordering a Nightshade smoothie that was mostly made out of sweet plants and fruit. Shyly she took her smoothie with a small thanks, walking around for a place to sit she found the perfect spot by the window fast walking to it nervously until SLAM!
Someone had bumped into her knocking her on the ground and spilling the bright purple smoothie all over them. And God did she wish she hadn't for a squid girl with long pink tentacles and a snobby tight striped long shirt glared at her furious."Um I'm...so ..so sorry..." Mira stood up to help but her hand was instantly smacked away.' How dare you ! Look what you did to my brand new shirt, you little freak!" She was stung by the harsh words trying to keep calm as those hateful words brought up bad memory's. " I ..wasn't looking where I was going ..I'm so sorry please..-"
Before she could say anymore the girl pushed her to the floor making her head slam hard on a table ."Don't you dare touch me! I'll make sure your time here is a living hell learn your place you weak piece of shit!" After that the girl grabbed a nearby drink throwing it at her turning around stomping away with a group of inklings following after her. Mira sat up blood seeping a bit from the back of her head, her now being covered in green smoothie most likely kelp.
"That ..went well...a great first impression..." She sighed standing up ignoring her throbbing head and walking out of the cafe receiving a few glares and giggles from others around her. "Great ..first day out and Iv already become famous for the wrong reason...I thought things were going to be different..I better go clean up..."

Alister had just gotten back from a turf war victorious of course, he headed over up top and sat on the railings overhearing two girls behind him gossiping but what caught his attention was when they said ' New inkling'. " Hey you two..!" The two inklings looked over at him as they realized who he was they started flirting until he cut them short. " Yea yea..so what we're saying about this new inkling..?" The two girls explained to him what happened at Lagoon Hut chatting him up as soon as they finished. Alister was pissed off now and snapped. " What was she wearing.. And what color were her tentacles ..!?" The girls flinched and nervously laughed it off.' She was wearing this ugly navy blue hoodie and tentacles were the same and weird looking.' That was all he needed to know leaping down from the railing looking around for her until he saw a glimpse of her hoodie down an alleyway. Alister dashed after her finding her at a drinking fountain rubbing at the smoothie all over her jacket. He sighed walking over and taking out a cloth from his pocket he kept with him after turf wars and wetting it surprising her as he kneeled in front of her scrubbing at the smoothie . Mira slowly put her hands down letting her silver stone gaze look over him. " Thanks .." He got most of it out it being barely noticeable standing up and looking over her his bright-yellow- gold eyes unreadable. She'd nervously rub the back of her hand." I'm guessing you've already heard about the small incident ...." Alister nodded checking her over staring hard into her quivering eyes." Are you alright? Any injuries..?" Mira froze and quickly waved her hand with a small fake smile. " I'm fine I just got smoothie on my jacket..that's all !"He gave her a skeptical expression then decided to let it go for now. " How about we got get you some new clothes so you can change out of that one." She'd instantly panic. " But I ...can't ..." Alister raised an eyebrow. " And why not?" She'd looked downwards shuffling her feet a bit ." Others think I look weird enough even with my hoodie on ..I just .." Mira became embarrass with her selfish reasons. " Don't worry about it you look fine, so let's go". He grabbed her petite hand dragging her along with him to the clothing shop that was the freshest here. Mira blushed looking down at their hands for she has never had one before hold her hand that was not family. "Here we are." He had dragged them inside a clothing shop where a fresh jellyfish floated behind a counter." Please to the shopping!" She'd tilt her head confused at his choice of words deciding to just go with it shrugging. Alister let go of her hand which saddened her from the lack of warmth. " This place is called Jelly Fresh, this is the place you should definitely always shop at ..they get new ship in every so often." Mira nodded looking around at all the clothing  seeing price tags with little stamp codes on them them most likely being the slots for abilities." I don't have that much to buy anything...it's all too expensive.." Yet she sighed deciding o take a browser through the shirts stopping, her gazing at a Dark Urban vest with light light hoodie under neath. Mira then looked at the price looking liked a kicked puppy as she knew it was out of her range. Alister saw this putting his tough pride aside for a moment grabbing the Vest hoodie paying for it without her noticing. She was just about to say that she was fine without a new shirt until the one she had taken interest to was literally thrown at her face, taking it off surprised." But this is way to...expensive..-" He cut her off walking to the door." I already bought it for you so put it on and let's go."Mira's light gray eyes shine as she quickly follows after him smiling up at him as he looks away with a stubborn blush. "What are you staring at...?" She just kept smiling and then turned her gaze away to a less crowded area." I was just thinking your one of the nicest inklings Iv ever met". Alister almost tripped over his own feet after hearing such a blunt compliment his cheeks feeling hotter than the sun itself. " Wh...what ...I haven't done anything really .." She'd give an expression of pure innocence." No really ! You've done so much for me thank you.." He sighed patting the small inklings head stopping as she winced from the touch. Mira stepped back a bit hoping he didn't notice but of course he did narrowing his bright gold eyes. Alister reached for her head again only for her to give a nervous laugh. " Well I guess I'll see you tomorrow bye!" Sadly she didn't get very far before tripping on a stone passing out as her head hit the pavement. Darkness. That's all she had ever known alone in a void of nothingness a single shining star. Until a bright shining sun entered her life bringing light and color to this once lonely world.
