What Did I Do? : Chapter 12

Kate's POV

          We arrived back at the manor. I at least tried to step down from Damian's Motor Bike. "Kyle! you are in no condition to walk!" He demanded, picking me up. "Ugh Dames I'm fine I can walk on my own!" I Get down from his arms. I start to stumble a little and Damian being the person he is..."I told you your in no condition to walk!" He grunted attempting to pick me up again.

          " I said I'm fine!" I slapped his hand away and kept walking.I kept making my way over to the bat computer, Instead of Bruce I saw someone else. She had long blonde hair similar to mine. I didn't see any facial features yet. "Who are you?" I question putting a hand on the chair. "AH!" she screamed almost zapping me with lightning bolts. "Hey watch it!" I yell dodging the lightning bolts.

          "Yannie! Calm down!" Tim yells, and tries to calm her down. "Who's That?!" She pointed in my direction. "I'm Kate...Kate Kyle." I say boldly. "And I'm Yannie...Sorry about the lightning bolts." She said rubbing the back of her neck."It's fine..At least i didn't get hit." I chuckled. "So uh,how can you shoot lightning bolts?" I asked. "oh, I have a whole list of different powers! would you like to hear them?"

          "Go for it!" I clapped my hands together waiting for a response. "Well... I have super speed,I can telaport, uh.. Shoot lightning bolts, Can turn invisible, and some other things i'd rather not go into detail." She said looking at the floor."so are you a superhero or something?" I asked. "Yea I'm Zippy Zap" she said calmly, but I went full fangirl mode.

          "Oh my god!" My jaw basically dropped to the floor. Pretty sure my eyes were sparkling to. "So do you have any powers?" She asked crossing her arms. "Nope! But I can to various backflips" I snapped put of fangirl mode."Are you a superhero" She asked getting closer to me. "I'm not sure..But I'm...Catgirl." When i said Catgirl my voice got quieter. 

          "Didn't you die?" She asked. I didn't want to answer that question. So i stayed silent and I backed away towards Damian."I'll explain later" Tim told Yannie. She nodded and apologized for bringing up the subject. I just nodded and Damian took me towards the medical area. "you don't need to do this I told you I'm fine!" I try convincing Damian. He just deep sighed. I sat down in the chair that was in the room. He was about to start working on me when Bruce stumbled through the door.

          We both stared at him to see what he would do. He mumbled something but neither of us caught it. He collapsed to the floor. I called for Tim and Yannie, They were just as shocked as us."What happened" Tim and Yannie both said in unison. Damian shrugged. I went to turn Bruce over..But then he snapped up screaming SLADE! Me and along with everyone else jumped at least 5 feet back.

          "Uh Bruce you okay" Yannie stuttered. "Yea I'm fine. Then he looked over to me..."Oh Kate! your alright!" He said pulling me into a tight hug. Everyone was confused by his actions. epecially since he is the one who kicked me out! "A type of force was put on my by Slade. I don't know how...But he was somehow controlling me.

          We all understood. We all went our separate ways. I started to walk up to my room. a hand was put on my shoulder.I turn around to see Damian standing there. "We're not done here" He said pointing to the chair.

          After he cleaned me up he told me I was good to go so I left. "tt boys" I say under my breath leaning against the wall. Turns out Yannie was leaning on the same wall. "Ugh tell me about it" She snickered looking down at me. "What am I supposed to do? Some how I ended up dating Damian!" I threw my hands up into the air.

          "Wow Kate! you've done the impossible!" Yannie laughed."Yea i guess, He is so confusing! He makes no sense once so ever!" I almost yell, and throw my hands up in surrender."Well he's the son of Batman so..." Yannie said looking at me. "Yea I know, I'll go talk to him" I said getting of the wall. "Good luck!" She yelled from the distance.

          I slowly walk up to his room planning on what to say. I get up to his door...and I just stand there... After abut a few more minutes of thinking I open the door...Nothing has ever made he so mad..

          Mari was on top of Damian and they were making out... A single tear drop made it's way down my face as I stood there in horror. Damian saw me and he quickly pulled away from Mari. "KYLE! It's not what it looks like!" He yelled.  Mari just looked up and gave me one of those stupid innocent faces.

          "IT"S EXACTLY WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE!!!" I yell back wiping my face. "I should have known better that to date the son of a total...PLAY BOY!" I scream. "But Kate.." "But what? Were done! I say in a stern voice and I slammed the door as hard as i could. The door slam could probably be heard through out the whole manor.

          I stormed off to my room and slammed my door as well. But not as hard. I just flopped on to my bed and started crying. as well as thinking. What did I do wrong?...I thought repetitively..

OK! So Yannie is not mine. I brought Yannie from the wonderful land of Yannie_Lynn  So go read her books!! They are SUPER DUPER AMAZING!!! Once you start reading them you can't stop!! So that's all I have to say so.
