"Petrificus Totalus!" Professor Tonks casts.
Immediately, I fell my body freeze. I don't remember being petrified my second year at Hogwarts and I am glad. If I had to endure knowing I was frozen solid then I would be screaming inside. Kind of like I am doing now.
"Here goes nothing." I hear Professor Tonks say and then the invasion begins.
My thoughts are memories only. She is blasting through until she gets to the barrier. Suddenly, I am inside my own mind and we are both standing before the thick wooden door I have dreamed about for months. The whispering behind it is louder.
"Are you sure, Hermione?" She asks.
"Yes." I say.
She nods and turns to the door and begins to chant spells that I haven't learned, words I have never heard. I thought it would take forever, but she finished after speaking what could be considered a paragraph of words and the door literally crashed to the ground.
I am sure my body broke out of its frozen state because the scream I let out physically hurt my throat.
