****The next day at school****
"How was last night?" Alyssa popped up at my locker smiling extra hard.
"Uhm I think Damien was mad reharsal ended late so he wasn't there when I walked outside." I grabbed my calculus textbook.
"Did you walk home by yourself?" He eyes like big and angry.
"Nah, Roc walked me home." I smiled.
"Ohhhh." She winked.
"So how did your ride home w. Ray go?" I closed my locker and we headed to 2nd period math.
"It was good, he asked me on a date tonight."
"Oh lala, where?"
"He said he wanted to go to dinner and a movie."
"Awe, maybe you guys will start dating and it'll be fun on tour, especially if I get the summer tour gig."
"Maybe." She smiled. "So what happened when Roc walked you home last night?"
"Nothing...okay he asked me to see a movie with him, I kinda wanna go."
"Well go." We reached Mr. Lisenol class.
"Maybe, we had a really nice conversation on the way to my house."
We entered the class and took our seats. I looked up but Mr. L wasn't there.
"Hi I'm Ms. J, I'm your sub Mr. Lisonel left early for his family vacation, he gave me a worksheet to give to you, you may talk amongst yourselves as you work." The sun sat down and opened a book.
"Hopefully the rest of the day goes like this so it can be break already." Maya whispered.
"Maya why are you whispering?" Alyssa laughed.
Maya just rolled her eyes. "So how's practice been?"
"Its been amaaaazing they are great." Alyssa informed.
"Wait, so you took Alyssa to practice and not me?"
"She had walked me to practice and Ray thought she was cute so he invited her to join us everyday."
"Ray...thought you were cute?" Maya turned to Alyssa. Alyssa nodded. "Oh well alright, Tameela & Janise are staying a night ya'll should too."
"I can't I'm busy."
"Me too." I apologized.
"Its cool, so since Lys is Rays guest can I be yours?" Maya asked.
"I don't know its already about 10 of us in there plus Walter & Keisha stop by sometimes."
"Oh alright."
"Yeah but we will definitely hang over break."
We worked on the worksheet and gossiped.
Finally class was over, we turned in our papers and headed out.
"Alright I'll see ya'll at lunch." Maya headed towards her english class.
"I'm starting not to like her." Alyssa said.
I just kept walking.
Suddenly Damien grabbed me from behind and kissed the side of my neck.
"Wassup baby?" He spoke.
I pulled away.
"Wassup? why you diss me last night?"
